Decided to celebrate my bday at cowboy chow the bartender started off as our waitress she was very nice I can’t remember her name but then another lady delivered food to our table who was supposably supposed to be our waitress but never spoke to us once never came to our table she then brought out our food that was incorrect twice , I was terrified to order a bday desert it was even our friends bday at the table over and they experienced disrespect she did not speak once failed to bring the bill she was completely rude and her name is ASIA do not be serviced by her food was mid okay service by Asia was not the bartender was wonderful though and she took up the slack for the poor service being done so she was the who we decided to tip.. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE….Rude

Boomerang Bang
I came to this restaurant with my family and we waited for 10 minutes to be seated. A white family arrived after us and was seated immediately. This differential treatment based on race is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures fair service for all patrons, including the Black workers who are employed . As a result, I will not be returning, and I plan to share my negative experience with others

Went 3 times this week for happy hours beers. $2 off.
1st time got charged full amount, didn't noticed until later.
2nd time got charged the correct amount.
3rd time got charged full amount again. When I told them they removed it. But 2 or of 3 times getting. charged the wrong amount... hmmmm. Seems sketchy to me.
Does have a very nice outdoor patio.

Asia clearly hates her job. We came at 6:30 on a Saturday and requested to sit on the patio. She made us feel like an inconvenience to her. It was $20 for a beer and a deep eddy lemon with water (I was brought deep eddy vodka, water, and a lime) but it wasn’t worth mentioning to her. We won’t be back. Great setup. Terrible service.

There were four of us at this sitting. A starter of Onion rings presented well, but were far too greasy with far too much batter. The hamburgers were average not near the best I have had. Three of us had beers and of course that’s no problem but the margarita was terrible. We had to return it. Otherwise, Lovely atmosphere outside.

Food is good (not great). The vibe is fantastic but the service was horrific. There was a lot of staff but no one waiting on the few tables that was occupied. I should have looked at reviews before we went in. 4.0 is pretty low for a restaurant where you are spending $20+ a person to eat.

Got the food and the waitress didn’t come back to check on us for about 15 mins. Sucks to have good and atmosphere just crap service. Please manager do somethingggggg!!!!!

I had an amazing experience at Cowboy Chow! Bartender Crystal was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure our drinks were perfect and always serving with a warm smile. The food, prepared by Chef Justin, was outstanding—every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. Manager Sean was on top of everything, ensuring that our visit was smooth and every detail was taken care of. The whole team at Cowboy Chow made us feel welcome and valued. Highly recommend this spot for great food, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere!
