Food is good (not great). The vibe is fantastic but the service was horrific. There was a lot of staff but no one waiting on the few tables that was occupied. I should have looked at reviews before we went in. 4.0 is pretty low for a restaurant where you are spending $20+ a person to eat.

I had an amazing experience at Cowboy Chow! Bartender Crystal was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure our drinks were perfect and always serving with a warm smile. The food, prepared by Chef Justin, was outstanding—every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. Manager Sean was on top of everything, ensuring that our visit was smooth and every detail was taken care of. The whole team at Cowboy Chow made us feel welcome and valued.
