We had chocolate cream ice cream, which was okay compared to other places.Other than nitrogen thing, this is just okay for the price.
Place was packed which I don’t know why, ice cream has no taste or flavor at all!! I ordered banana and strawberries flavor which should have a strong flavor but I didn’t taste any flavor at all, would never come back or recommend!!!!
The ice cream was decent. However it took 38 minutes to get one regular sized ice cream, that is from order to it being handed to me. And it was just me; I was not in a large group. The girls behind the counter were working the whole time, but the operation appears inefficient. The wait and price ($13.50) aren't worth the product
Service took way too long because there was only 1 person working. Not her fault though. Sorry to say, it didn't impress and definitely not worth the price you pay for this ice cream. I would not go back, it's a total rip-off. We waited 45 minutes before our order was taken.
Creamistry is such a cool ice cream concept. Went here with 6 people & we were all so disappointed!! Customer service was terrible. All their prices are incorrect on the big menu screens. I had chocolate with added banana but the banana was not mixed in at all, they just attempted to pile it on the top of my already melted, not even frozen chocolate ice cream. Half of them sliding off onto the counter before I even grabbed It. Another friend had the cashew milk dairy alternative cheesecake with Oreo & the ice cream itself tasted coagulated & chunky. The add in Oreo that was almost $1 EXTRA, was one single Oreo placed on the side for show. She had to attempt to crush it up herself. Finally just throwing it away because it was so terrible. They were out of brownies, brownie bites, chips ahoy cookies, & waffle pieces. One friend ordered the sea salt caramel crunch specials which was basically ice cream with an overload of whipped cream, topped with caramel. This was not sea salt caramel ice cream. The s’mores ice cream was not mixed at all. The marshmallows were just stacked on top of the ice cream. The large elemint was very layered as well. Nothing was mixed, at all. Everything is so overpriced! I’m shocked this place is still in business. The experience is cool but I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Customer service wasn’t bad but the place smells like mildew and its pretty dirty looking. Ice cream was good but they were missing a lot of ingredients. Also, for this place to be in such a nice area I was very disappointed. I’ve been to another one in dallas and it was completely different. It would be nice if the company stepped it up for this store because its location is nice and all the restaurants and dessert places around the area are amazing in decor and cleanliness.
Price got increase from 5.95 to 7.5 for a regular ice cream?!! Many of items are stock out. Toppings are not in cooler. Toilet has no napkins no hand soap and the whole store is smelly. I liked this franchise a lot but recently I found many of them were maintained poorly. Def won’t come here again.
Unique way to enjoy ice cream being made.
Walking in is kind of a surprise being it’s located in the Union. There’s nothing fancy about it, and it actually seems unkept. They had a non working freezer that was disgusting. That being said, the ice cream was good. The kids enjoyed seeing it made. The lady working was very nice. I just wouldn’t recommend it.

There was a bit of 20 min a wait, but it was cool to watch them get fancy with the nitrogen to make our orders during the wait. We paid before they made our orders, so I was a but shocked when, after the entire wait, an employee said they had ran out of banana cream, only for another employee right behind him to say, "no, it's right here", and handed me my shake; it was a weird interaction for sure. I think my drink was fine, but nothing to write home about. One thing I was really appreciative about was their extensive allergen menu, which they had PHYSICALLY on the counter and that impressed me since most places just have it online. It's just that, though the nitrogen gimmick was fun to watch, I don't think the actual taste of the drink was worth the wait and money we paid, even though it looked like they used quality ingredients, but maybe I was fooled by appearances and what the menu promises.
This was a fun surprise! We had never heard of this place before and stopped in on a whim passing through town while on vacation. My kids LOVED the nitrogen smoke and the ice cream was delicious. Expect a small wait because it appeared as though this place was pretty popular.
This place sucks. I waited in the line for 30minutes. We then arrived to the counter and they were out of 3 icecreams. Funny thing out of the few options available sea salt caramel crunch was available; they told us they have it, but they don’t want to make it because it takes too long? What hell is this? Why you even take orders then? Waste of my valuable time
I’m going to begin with saying this place is filthy. As soon as you walk in the smell takes you back. Not sure if it’s the unplugged fridge they have out (that’s visible to everyone who comes in) with mold on it or what but this place needs to implement a cleaning routine asap. The glass and floors were super dirty and sticky not to mention the patio outside had ice cream cups and spoons on the floor right in front of the entrance. Went to use the bathroom and it was locked saying out of order and I’m willing to bet they just keep it locked to not add something to the list of things that needs cleaning. It’s sad because the workers were nice and the ice cream wasn’t bad…
This was the WORST experience I have ever had. They messed up our order but instead of making us a new ice cream they decided to scrape the topping off. Then they had the nerve to get upset I told them they had to remake it because I'm allergic to graham crackers. When they remade the ice cream it was frozen solid. They were out of cones. The employees were watching there phones. Don't waste your time!!!
