I called in and asked to have a special cake ordered for my Mothers Birthday! You guys superseded my expectation’s. I sent the sketch in a month in advance and you guys NAILED IT! I ordered the amaretto cake and it was the talk of the entire restaurant! The cake was so beautiful and it was fresh and delicious! ….and it did not last 24hrs! Hahaha!! Thank you all for making sure my Mothers cake was beautiful and tasteful! Thank you for the wonderful customer service from “Xavier”…I believe that was his name. He handed the cake with such care and wrapped it perfect! Thanks again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Garbage company, has you put in an inquiry about a cake just to never respond. When you call they magically find the request and ask for all the details again just to say they will call back the next day. Never hear anything back. Just another unprofessional bakery that should stick to basic junk

I arrived at the bakery at 11:15 am to purchase cookies. I wanted a dozen of the coconut pecan cookies and the display case showed 3. The young lady checked with someone in the back. She returned a few minutes to say this is all we have. The bakery closes at 4:00 pm. The baker couldn't bake 9 more cookies within 4 hours and 45 minutes? They have baked cookies in the past and asked me to come back in a hour or so. I tried to call them yesterday twice and was left on hold and never returned. Good customer service goes a long way.

First time going to this location. I use to vist all the time when they were in duncanville. I went as a part of a tour and it was amazing the cake was enormous (but I ate it all) and delicious!!

I ordered a cake with a request for matte gold top. I even provided a picture of the gold coloring I wanted. When I picked up the cake it was the total opposite of what I asked for. I even talked to them the day before and told them exactly how I wanted the cake. I received the most plain MUSTARD not gold cake and when we cut it, it was the driest. We even went and bought gold dust to see if we could make it look better. The cake was AWFUL!! If they didn't have the color matte gold, they could have told me when I spoke with them over the phone. There were no ripple bordering around the cake. It seemed like they just used a box cake mix and threw the cake together last minute. Very very disappointing. I've order many cakes from here and never experienced this. To top it off the cake was $100!!! This was not worth $100 at all. Especially if you're charging extra for the wrong color of gold. The gold I asked for versus what I got. This cake was a hot mess!!!!

There are two photos in this review. One is a cake that was made back in April 2024 and one that was made today just in time for thanksgiving. Needless to say, the difference in the decoration is like night and day. I mean seriously, why did they rush my order? Had I known that they had a 5 year old cake decorator I would have just done it myself!!! Wish I wouldn’t have paid for this ahead of time. On top of all of this, I had to wait almost an hour past the scheduled time that it was supposed to be ready. Again, I am extremely disappointed. Keep this review in mind when you order a cake. I would play it safe and order it plain without decoration. Maybe next time…

The cakes are not consistently cut and are thinly sliced for the price. I will try again. The marshmallow brownies were rich in chocolate flavor and contained small, soft pieces of marshmallow.
Parking: The parking area has gravel-filled depressions and lacks designated parking for individuals with disabilities.
My grandson bought me a slice of cake for my birthday. The slice is broken and very very small. This is ridiculous! My feelings are hurt.

I placed an order for a cake. Called in several times to double-triple check and confirm that they had what I was wanting. I even called to have it picked up at 2:03 pm, knowing that it would be much later. Get here and it is still not ready. The cake probably will be good, the atmosphere is good. But this right here......no value of my time today.
