First of all, you should know it's counter service, not a full service restaurant. The food was very tasty and came out in a timely manner. The coffee is a self service station, but their carafes don't keep the coffee very hot sadly. The pancakes are very tasty, but smaller than expected - I thought everything was bigger in Texas! Overall decent, but not what we'd expected. We'll be looking for a full service restaurant next time.

Seems like the common approach of inflated prices and tiny portions. Definitely a pet peeve to spend 20 bucks on cold coffee and small breakfast and then end up leaving hungry. IF you really feel compelled to eat here, I'd recommend getting two meals for each person if you want to leave satisfied.

I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my recent visit to Crickle’s and Co. was a letdown. My party and I were excited to try their highly-recommended dishes, but what we got was a long wait and a culinary disappointment.

Decent breakfast spot. Ordered the Grandpa's Favorite Platter + Caramel Machiato for about $22.00.
Caramel Machiato came out first. There was a pretty generous portion. It was smooth, creamy, and sweet. Very good coffee.
The breakfast platter took a bit long to come out, well after my other friends had ordered. The cheese on the potatoes by then were no longer soft and gooey so that was disappointing. The eggs were cooked well however and the breakfast sausage was soft and moist, so otherwise a food choice.
The aesthetic of the place had great vibes and seating was easy to find.

This place is very nice some of the best brunch I have had in Dallas. The white chocolate mocha was fantastic. The chicken sausage and the breakfast potatoes were delicious as well. I really recommend this place if you’re in the area.

I ordered through Uber eats, 4 plates of different variations of the grandpa's breakfast and a sandwich. The potatoes were ok, the biscuits were flaky and homemade. It's just okay. Not blown away.

Eggs had no flavor at all. No salt. No pepper. I had to put tobasco on them for flavor which I don’t even like.

Good food and friendly service but it was awkwardly quiet in there. Maybe because we were in there so early?

What I ordered vs what I got. Where are my 2 other pancakes and crispy edges? Very disappointed and feel ripped off. Calling UE to get my money back.

Great restaurant and folks working there are polite and professional. Only complaint, my stomach wasn’t big enough! Plus some fresh food options would be utterly fantastic

I would not recommend this restaurant for Black women. I came in with my friends—also all Black women—and we were treated poorly by the manager during Saturday brunch. He was extremely rude towards us and had an attitude when we asked simple questions. I observed him being friendly and warm with other customers during all his encounters. But he made it a point to be unfriendly with us. We were nothing but kind and respectful to him the entire today. It took 40 minutes for my friend to get her mustard, and when we kindly reminded him, he made a snarky remark. Customer service was nonexistent.
