Most horrible place there, the attention, the old man who is there always keeps the soda from the combo, he never gives it and charges for it, I don't recommend this place, very bad, get angry with the combo, people there steal your drinks,

I ordered just 2 large rice with shrimp Not the combos and when I I left saw that the guy charged me two combos no drink and I was mad cuz I went back and said that's what you ordered and that's what you got charged i was No I dint asked for combos and charged me almost $18 when normally the rice i s $2.99 plus the Shrimp topping??????????NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATIONDONT GO THERE THE GUY WITH MUSTACHE BEARD AND HAD AN UGLY ATTTUDE NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DON'T EVEN APPRECIATE PEOPLE ARE STILL EVEN GOING THERE TO BUY.????

I place an order, thru square, when i went to pick it up, they told me the order was not there, even i showed em the receipt.... i called to other restaurant the one on jefferson... they called the one on wc and finally after 30 minutes they gave me my order...when i receive my order... they gave me my order incomplete! And they refused to give me a refund or fix my order

Do not eat at this location. I ordered the number 3 10 piece and rice combo and when I got home one of the chicken strips was black. So when I called they said for me to bring the chicken strip so they can see and so i did. Once I got there they told me I needed to bring the whole order. This is the first time I have ever complain about this restaurant but after today I won't be back and they refuse to return my money ? ? i wish i can post a photo of what it looks like.
The chicken is okay despite being greasy, but the fries were cleary old and reheated by the taste and texture, hush puppies tasted overcooked and tasteless and the popcorn shrimp tasted rubbery. I honestly wouldn't recommend this location especially given the sketchy parking lot outside. Really only positive I have is the friendly staff and manager. Hopefully they find a cook who cares

Only if I could give a zero this was so nasty I always go to the one off royal and they are so good came here my husband plate was wrong and his rice was cold we asked them to fix it the man told us he would not 35 dollars on garbage won't be back

Ordered a lot from them. They delivered a shrimp rice and refused to give me a beef fried rice which I actually ordered. Food was actually as disappointing as the pictures. Order somewhere else.
