The restaurant doesn't rotate anymore which was disappointing and there is construction so the ball wasn't lit up either. The food and service was good. The experience was missing something. It's a little overpriced.

This was one of the best experiences of my life so far. Everyone, from the parking attendants to the staff in restaurant and waiter, even random workers walking through answering questions, were extremely friendly, kind and accommodating. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. The food was beautiful and amazing! Will definitely be returning for another experience.

Great views and great food! We ordered Oysters Rockefeller and the cold seafood tower. Both were excellent! The only thing was that the seafood tower comes with lobster, I thought it would be a whole tail but it came cut up in a bowl. Still good though.

Kelton was one of the best severs we have ever encountered. Not only knowledgeable and personable, Kelton took it even further with personalization throughout the dining experience. From his recommendations to expertise, he made the experience for us. He picked up on little things we said, like our love for fries, he anticipated or needs and gave my husband and I such an amazing night out. We told him that this was our first trip away from our baby and he treated us with such warmth and hospitality. Food was incredible. Filet was cooked perfectly. Sides were just as good as the meal itself. Can't wait to come back. Crown Block is a MUST for anyone visiting Dallas.

Good evening, Being a Chef and operator in the business I wished our experience was better. Customer service was absolutely horrible and that's no exaggeration. I even alerted the floor manager about our experience and it felt we were being rushed out even quicker. I was part of a Michelin kitchen just imagine me being an inspector and receiving that kind of service. Just very disappointed this was suppose to be a special birthday night instead we were left talking about how our bill didn't match the service.
