So, I give this store 4 stars because this is the only store I’ve actually shopped at. The first few times, I had no complaints other than not being a fan of the flavors that I had ordered. I gave the atmosphere 2 stars because I’ve never been inside and the worker seemed nice and smiled.
But on Wednesday I went to get my ALL TIME FAVORITE cookie so much so, that I anticipate its return and was very disappointed in the quality of my cookies. I ordered 3 Cookies & Cream (the FAVE!!) and 1 Raspberry cake butter. The raspberry cookie was DEVINE!! My faves however were bland, didn’t have much flavor at all. They mostly tasted like flour and they were HARD! Never have I ever gotten a hard crunchy cookie from this company. Despite all that and needless to say, I’ve ordered again before the week was over and my favorite cookies is gone go for months. Hopefully today is going to be better

Store was set up like a mini factory for sweet goodness. The staff was nice but service was a bit slow. Cookie was spot on

I’ve been to multiple Crumbl’s and this one is by far THE WORST! I had three delivery orders. Got help from NOBODY! They were too busy pushing out orders that had been there after us. Which we waited over 10 mins to which multiple times times I had mentioned I was there for orders! I even went to the front desk and the girl told me I’d have to wait a minute. How many minutes do I have to wait before I get the order that was supposed to be ready when I got here?
