Lots of effort from the staff, but the food is not meeting the marks. Took 19 minutes to get our order tonight (they were backed up in the drive thru, and slowly the inside started to fill up). The atmosphere inside was loud and chaotic. You could hear the disorganized kitchen, and front area. Our meal was not worth the price, nor the time it took to receive it. Would not recommend this location.

Horrible experience. I ordered dip cones and the lady was handling the deep cones to me she had money in one hand while holding my cone she didn't even have a napkin. When I told her she had so offended instead of apologizing. The other employees there sarcasticly said. "Well I'm sorry mam." I've been to other dairy Queens and they always hold my cone with a napkin and are clean.

The foods mid , but the service was horrible, the worker was holding dirty money next to my cone and had an attitude when my mom called her out , like!? Omg I have been in way better dairy queens I hope it shuts down my mom did not deserve that , that place piss me off.

It's ok. Food was hot and fresh, but the location looks old and worn out. Parking lot and drive thru small. Need to be torn down rebuilt or remodeled. Customer service was ok .

I called after I left there no answer because I went through the drive thru to order white mocha shake just to be told they don’t serve it well why is the sign and picture still up ? When I go back by I will take the picture of it
they hire just anybody 👎🏼😂 rude lazy employees.
