Will never come back to this dairy queen. 8 dollars for 2 tiny nanoblizzards that were both wrong.

I went to DQ to grab dessert for me and my husband. I understand the late night crowd can cause delays in placing and receiving orders. I didn't mind the wait so much but what I do mind is waiting in the drive through for 20+ minutes only to receive the wrong order. I ordered 2 blizzards (very simple order) and received 2 wrong orders. I was also charged an upcharge for an extra add-in and never received the extra add-in. My feedback is, if customers have to wait longer for an order, at least make sure the order is accurate. By the time we realized our orders were wrong, the restaurant was closed for the night.

They're not even trying to make their food presentable. I ordered a blizzard and got a cup with ice cream slop with no lid. The burger was dry, small & forgot to add ketchup.

I have been to this location several times over the years. On the last visit the food was good. The service was okay. My issue was the drive thru. WHYYYYYY does the drive thru have pot holes that size??
I had to pick which pot hole was gonna do less damage and still ended up damaging my left front end.
I was not going to report it bcz if Dairy Queen wont pay to get the parking lot done after all these years they for sure wont pay to fix my car!
I order food and drive off with a damaged car?! That is ridiculous!! As long as that location has been there I am sure enough money has been generated to have the parking lot redone. But becasue this is Oak Cliff I guess Dairy Queen is okay with letting their place of business look like that and letting their patrons tear up their cars. You cant go to the left you cant go to the right you can not drive straight ahead. You can not even tell how bad the pot holes are until after you drive from the window and are stuck. I wonder does the Red Oak and Duncanville location have this problem(OF COURSE NOT!).
If you dont want your rim to get bent or dont want front end damage dont go to this location. Also parking and going in is not better since the re are only a few spots.

I had to pull the manager aside about not washing her hands and how unsanitary it is. As I sat and observed while waiting, the manager wasn't washing her hands. She was taking money (ringing up people) and assisting customers by taking their food outside to them. She then comes in take things out of the blue bags, put the items in the containers, and put them in the lil freezer. She assists the drive thru by making some kind of browine deserts while never washing her hands. She half put 1 glove on one hand one-time to cut the brownie up, BUT still use the other non clean hand to prep. Omg
