LESS THAN SLAPPED TOGETHER.
It’s ridiculous how food can be so expensive yet we aren’t even able to get the whole burger assembled. Mind you we bought 2 meals and both burgers were made just like this. Our only request was one be without onions!! 30 for some burgers that aren’t even edible. Terrible place, terrible service.

Visited this store last week. Food was great. We had a taste for it Sunday 2/9 for lunch. Checked website shows open. Got there doors locked. Hours show 10 pm close. Tried to call busy signal. No cars in drive thru. Knocked on the window several times before an angry manger came to the window. He said he doesn’t know how to change the website. Told him he could make a sign for the door. He said he was too busy serving drive thru with a staff shortage. Well we drove 20 minutes to come today. Will definitely not be back.

Might not have written this review if the manager had been more courteous and sympathetic.

Literally didn’t order anything today because they are doing “only dairy items” at 10pm. Last time I came they gave me the wrong food. Will not be coming back.

I ordered Chicken & Dumplings (drive through) on Sunday, Jan. 5, 2025. They charged me $8.32 approx. 12 ozs. I was upset - they only have 1 size now. Price increase? I was told “everything’s gone up.” Got home & it was so watered down I could have drank it like ice tea. Very little chicken & very little dumplings. I ate only the chicken & the dumplings and there was half left over that was liquid. Tried to call them but the line was busy. I stopped by this afternoon to speak to the mgr. & a young Hispanic girl came up & then another Hispanic girl came over. While I was trying to explain the situation, they were talking in Spanish over me. If you enjoy watered down chicken & dumplings, this is the place for you. If you like thick, hearty chicken & dumplings, go to the DQ on Coit & 15th in Plano.

Waited 10 min to order at drive through while there were no customers inside nor any other cars in line. Repeated four times what we need - three mini Oreo blizzards and when we arrived at the window, they asked us again with wrong items. Super lazy staff and very bad service. Would never go back again.

Today I went to buy an ice cream cake and they only had two available. I chose the one that looked the best and it turns out that when we cut it to eat the cake, I guess it had melted and they froze it again and that's how they sold it to me because it looked like pure ice. If the product is not good for sale, it is better not to sell it.

Google says open till 10 yet the doors are locked at 7:40pm on a Tuesday with patrons inside. Of course the hours are removed from the front door. Thank you for wasting my time.

I like DQ so it sucks to say this location is bad. The employees seem put out to have to take an order, and I'm the only customer here at 11:45am. I cameback to add this post. After getting a reply from DQ. It doesnt help their case that every redponse from them is the same on each review. Not helping with the customer service that way. Not personable at all.

Just went to store for Reece’s Pieces blizzard. Received wrong thing. Credit for giving me my money back but young girl inside refused to make another on, closed the window and would not provide anymore service or let other staff talk to me. I asked for her name and the managers name repeatedly and she refused. She would not let other staff talk to me either. Very unprofessional staff. Customer service fine until there is a problem and then they are very rude. Response to this may be we are sorry, give us another try but that’s difficult when staff refuses to provide service after they make a mistake.

Drove thru and ordered a Turtle Pecan Blizzard. I have eaten these for over 30 years from DQ's all over. I received a soft serve mixed with so much chocolate sauce it tasted like a chocolate shake with pecans mixed in. I took it back and asked what their recipe was as I had always had them made with the chocolate dipping sauce, that becomes chocolate flake/chunks when mixed, pecans and caramel mixed in. I asked if they made it that way they said they would remake it. They gave me a replacement made of vanilla soft serve only, absolutely no chocolate and a few pecans mixed in the top. They had no customers in the store, 2 employees working and another 2 people sitting that looked they worked there. While waiting, I could see into the kitchen and it did not look clean or tidy. We will never go to this location again. Clearly they do not care about customer service. They were polite about making another one but didn't listen to what was wrong with the first one.
