I understand yall busy or don’t like your job, but it shouldn't be that hard to make a cheeseburger kids' meal with just ketchup only on the cheeseburger.

My friend had to wait almost an ENTIRE HOUR to get her blizzard. They sent out the wrong one twice and by the time she got the “correct” order it was missing the fudge

Not great. The mobile app gives no options to cancel order other than to call the store. Store number goes nowhere, just rings endlessly. Staff also seemed to be confused by my interest in using a coupon, insisted that I request a code instead of scanning the barcode which somehow redeemed the code I wanted to use, despite never completing the transaction it was applied to. We have to see if my money is actually returned for the initial order I placed because the golden cashier with medium length locks and a NOLA accent refused my request for a receipt. My order was also missing the sauce DQ now charges for and I was already compromising on my meal and needed to eat in route to my next destination so no opportunity to pick up sauce either. Feels personal but if the requested return clears, I'll let it slide... This time.

I just sat in the drive through line and watched three people in the kitchen with a phone in one hand and handling my food with NO GLOVES! One guy literally reached into the frozen bag of fries and threw them in with a bare hand. This was after he made my burger and put it in the microwave. Yikes that was wasted money- I couldn’t look away I was so shocked. Last trip to DQ for us!

I ordered a medium snickers blizzard and the snickers was old and expired. So disappointing and disgusting to have to taste as a customer.

OMG! Drive thru. SO. SLOW. They didn't give the total due at ordering, nor at pick up window. I had to ASK what the total was so I could give her the money due.
AND THEN... Took a couple of Minutes before my Plain Cone was ready... ??? AND EVEN WORSE... said cone was ALL WEIRD & DROOPY, 'ice cream' sliding down the side of the cone... THEN.. as I drove away THE ENTIRE BLOB OF 'ICE CREAM' SLID OFF THE CONE ONTO THE FLOOR OF THE CAR!!
and as if that's not enough issues... THE 'ICE CREAM' WAS NOT ICE CREAM!!! I believe it was Whipped Cream in the cone.

weeks ago they were out of jalitos, chicken and shredded cheese. This week I ordered jalitos and got one big overcooked jalapeño mess, literally one piece of burnt jalito...your staff had to know that was wrong. It went in the trash. I'm done with this place. And please don't ask me to ever consider your establishment again.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered food from Uber eats. They had none of the items requested. They put random items in the bag and sent with the driver. They refused to answer the phone. They simply could have canceled the order.

3 blizzards completely melted when they were served, the cups were a mess as a result, extra mix ins we paid for weren’t added, the order took 20 minutes - at least 2 of the staff members appeared high

CASHIER STOLE $10 from me. I did a split transaction and gave $10 cash with the rest on card and she took the cash but also charged my card the full amount. I called customer service and they said the store would contact me, but they never did. So she just pocketed my cash.
