I tried to go get an ice cream to go before they closed and they already had the door locked and just looked at me knock but they kept serving the drive thru. I work in the service industry and if a customer comes in even 10 minutes before we close we are still required to serve them and we most definitely cant lock the door 20+ minutes before closing time so unprofessional.

We were in the drive thru behind 2 other cars waiting and nobody inside took our orders we drive by the window nobody is in there but they are opened. We drive off and we see two of the employees a Mexican girl and a black girl walk out to go to the quick trip next door and I asked if they were going to go back to take our order. They left and left the place empty so they can go next door and leave customers waiting like if we are dumb. Dairy Queen closed at 10pm we stopped by at 8:30

Worst service I’ve ever had. Everyone has a nasty attitude. I ordered a BLT combo they forgot the fries and had attitude when I asked. Luckily I checked the sandwich before leaving. One piece of bacon with some mayo was what they made and then gave me even more attitude when I asked for a refund.

We have to wait around five minutes for our food the restaurant looked dirty The service was really great. Especially when they did the blizzard upside down.

Every time I come to this place, it’s always something. They’re always out of almost everything. Today is supposed to be free ice cream cone day and they are supposedly out Of the free ones. Lol. They always say there Machines are broken. I just don’t understand how it can always be broken.
Why is this location even open? Something is always broken or they are closed when it should be open! It’s run down and needs a renovation bad! And everyone that works there looks miserable. It’s the only ice cream place near me and it’s so unfortunate.

The breakfast van is terrible I'm sure that's not regulated. I don't understand why they don't open the store to serve breakfast. Sometimes there is a guy selling food out of his trunk. I'm sure it's leftover. Maybe the manager does not know. I bet the food inspector or code enforcement would love to catch this going on. The roaches inside the store keep me out of it. But I'm still not eating parking lot hondurisn cuisine.

This place is a Dump. After not having Texas toast with a $16 chicken nugget basket, wanted to charge me for dipping sauce because the gravy is watered down. Do Not Eat Here!!!!

They refused to answer the Speaker...I had to pull up to the window. I ordered 2 boxes of Dilly bars and a small ice cream. She was running back and forth like she did not know where she was. She tried to keep my debit card.. the ice cream machine was not working! PLUS THEY ONLY HAD NO DAIRY DILLY BARS! NOT EVEN TELLING ME BEFORE SHE CHARGED MY CARD!!!! 3 very kids running the place! WHERE IS THE OWNER? HOW SAD THEY ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS!! YOU NEED TO CLOSE YOUR DOOR AND STOP ALL THE MADNESS!!
