Kona is still a good option but not a great option. Food is tasty but I feel is overpriced along with the drinks being extremely expensive. I know the rent at North Park is high but Kona should up their game if they continue to charge the high prices.
DONT DO IT! Where to start. I love going to north park, it's always nice to end it with a nice sit down restaurant. But I always regret coming here. And I always say to my GF, “we're never coming back here” but literally it's the only place in the mall. Any ways. SERVICE: is nice. 3/5 FOOD: BAD 1/5 .. I ordered the biggest steak they had which was a 12 oz ribeye, medium rare with mash potatoes. This was 60 dollars. The steak was about as small as an 8 oz and the worst cut of ribeye ever. Super fatty and just really not enjoyable, it comes with a stick of freaking butter that they decided that they will not melt for you. The mash potatoes OMG TAKE IT OFF THE MENU!! It sucks it's literally box mash potatoes and it's trash it sucks. The only decent side they have is Mac and cheese oh and IT WAS SOLD OUT THE LAST 2 visits! I would've gave this all a pass if it was my first time. The problem is it is consistently bad. And people that say “well it's not a steak house it's for seafood blah blah” it doesn't matter. Take pride in the restaurant and hire cooks that can cook. If you made it this far, don't eat here

We had a lovely Valentine's Day lunch . I was given a long stem rose as we were seated which was really nice. We ordered their Edamame with the angry sauce on the side. Glad we chose that option because it was quite spicy, but good. We ordered the perfect pair 6 oz filet and lobster with grilled asparagus which was absolutely delicious! The steak was tender and juicy. We also ordered the chocolate lava cake w/ vanilla ice cream which was the perfect ending to a romantic meal.
Everything seemed dirty and not clean. I got spicy tuna roll and it was very cold and rice were old and not cooked all the way. Sweet potato fries were all tiny tiny pieces like they gave us what was left on the bottom of the fryer. Had to wait 5 mins just to get soy sauce. Would not go back to that location again because it just didn't seem clean at all.
The food and experience dining here was just okay. There was nothing exceptional. The typical short staffing post pandemic experience was definitely felt, but the waitress was attentive and professional. The cleanliness of this restaurant is concerning. The restroom floors were sticky and dirty overall. Towards the end of our dinner, we noticed a small brown bug crawling on the table, and we paid and left. We were in the dining area, not outdoors! Yuck.

It was the most expensive meal I've had in a long time and the prime rib wasn't delicious. The other adult entrees in our party were also disappointing. My daughter loved her bento kids meal though. The bathroom floor was flooded.
We had a reservation for 8:00pm we were seated about 8:30ish. The waitress was missing for long periods of time. My order was not put in with the rest of the orders for some reason. Everyone else was done eating and we were about to leave before I received my food. although the food was good, it's way overpriced.
Experience was great, hostess was lovely as was our server! Wonderful excepted fish and chips was meh. Poor quality cod and fries were over done. Please improve the food bc your staff are wonderful and we love the location. Would be great if you brought back the bowls!!
Amazing steak !! The server was nice, the lady at the front door was nice, we walked right into the door and got our booth, food didn't take long at all. Sushi was great and the drinks were strong, we enjoyed ourself here and have plans to come back. Also we didn't realize it was in the mall, but still great location, got the opportunity to eat then shop.

We expected a lunch menu for a noon reservation, which was in my budget. The selection we had was not. You should have told us before making reservation. Our server was curt and surly. Not a good experience. Mary Humberd.

Good venue for hosting a large group before a movie. Price point was good for items, and there was a large variety, so everyone in our party was able to find something they enjoyed.

The bathrooms were absolutely filthy and when I told the woman at the host stand she didn't care. Service was slow, drinks forgotten and when I told the waiter I'm gluten free he didn't bother to make any notations on the order (which made me very nervous).

We usually go to this location as its in the mall, yesterday was a bad experience, long wait on food/drinks. Food came out cold, drink was forgotten. Waiter tried to course correct but just couldn't make it happen.

Visited this restaurant 12/16 around 4pm. First time here, celebrating my birthday. It took us around 45 min to find parking which its fine it is during the holidays, and it was on the weekend so I understand it will be busy especially the location. However, we get to the restaurant and there is a couple in front of us, they are waiting on their table. We get into the "walk in section" and the hostess lets us know if we are okay with outside, we said it was fine, so she was checking on availability. She comes back and 2 ladies come right behind us through the "walk in" section as well we let the hostess know and she lets us know they had a reservation which they didn't because we were there when they arrived and asked to get seated no reservation was ever mentioned. Hostess tells them the same thing. Hostess gets the couple in front of us seated and skips right over us and seats the ladies behind us. I understand everything around this time is busy, but I think it was very rude, unprofessional and we felt we were treated unfairly. I am normally not the type to write reviews, but this is the first time this ever gets done to us. I did speak to the manager as well, super nice lady. I just felt the need to express this on here. Hopefully next time I get to actually experience this restaurant and have a pleasant time.
