We wanted a casual late lunch when we were in Dallas and this hit the spot. We caught them during happy hour so there was a couple bucks off of the drinks. My mojito was perfect after I added a shot of their honey syrup. It was lacking sweetness before. My husband's bourbon lemonade came out delicious. For food we split the cheesiest fries. They were very good, and the ranch dressing tasted homemade if not a lil salty. My Cubanesque was also very tasty, but I subbed the Swiss for gouda for a dollar upcharge. My husband said his sandwich was good, but he didn't taste the spicy pepper jam at all and thought the toppings were a little scant on his. We'd give it 4.5 stars, but we'll round up because overall we were very happy.

The first time my friends and I visited this restaurant, we wondered if we would like it. We actually LOVED IT! From the food, (we ordered The Rustic, The Favorite, The Classic, and the Sweet Pea Salad), it was all delicious. The manager, Michael, came over to make sure we were all happy and he actually cared. I have a customer service rant I could go on but I won't. . Michael and the bartender, Savanna, were the definition of great customer service. We asked Savanna for recipes for the cocktails that we loved and she showed us how to make them. She was wearing a mask but we could tell she was smiling through her mask. The food is great and the service was amazing. Kudos to Michael and his team! We'll be back soon! If you are wondering if you should try it, please go. Ask for Michael, you won't regret it.

We went to treat our grilled cheese loving kids. When we walked in we weren't sure how seating worked and had to ask. The owner was there and very attentive, he told us he had just recently taken over. It seemed like a place that was just opening up, like a soft opening. There were a lot of awkward moments without a trained waitstaff, but the food was super good and I'm sure they're going to get better at FOH as they get on their feet. Do NOT order the ranch dressing (made in house) unless you really really really like dill. I love dill, but it was too much even for me. I was tasting dill until bedtime. The grilled cheese croutons were AMAZING. I would have ordered them like a bowl of cereal with tomato soup.

I'm not a fan of grilled cheese sandwiches but this spot was pretty good. Came in with a group of friends after church and they were closing within an hour but they were accommodating. Savannah was our server and shout out to her for recommending the grilled Mac and cheese sandwich with brisket it was pretty good. I ordered beer batterd onions rings too they were solid not the greatest but I definitely would order them again. Overall the food is really good in taste. I will say it might be a little saltier than it needs to be but it doesn't take too much from the taste. They also have a good variety of options to choose from too one of us had a meal that was keto friendly so a good spot for those on certain diets.

The food was nothing to brag about but the service I received from Tiara was phenomenal. She recommended her personal favorite dish and made me a drink I requested that was not on the menu. It was very well made! We had the buffalo chicken sandwich which was good. The tomato basil soup and grilled cheese was the best thing we had. The pbj was all bread and no filling. It was awful and a waste of money. I couldn't even finish it. The bread was chewy and tough to eat. The cheesiest fries were way over cooked and dry. I would come back to sit at the bar if tiara is there. Otherwise, I would have no reason to come back honestly.

After many visits to Bishop Arts, I decided to give this place a shot. Who would have thought that a grilled cheese could have so much flair? The atmosphere is great, customer service is excellent! And the food, well, I left wanting more. The pretzel mozzarella is like something I've never had before, little balls of happiness. For entree I had the bacon chicken ranch grilled cheese. Definitely did not disappoint! And the sweet potato fries, excellent. Topped it all off with the Elvis! Desert which was on point! If you're looking for something different, something fun, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back soon!

Very disappointed with our experience. We were excited to try this place. However, the sandwiches came out cold (the cheese on the pimento wasn't melted) and then made the mistake of thinking things would change with dessert... we got the Elvis and it had the weird combination of being both burnt and cold. I don't understand looking at the sandwich and thinking - this is acceptable to serve. Picture with how BLACK it was burnt is attached. To make matters a little worse it took soooo long to get our food. And when they wanted to replace the sandwich we couldn't wait for a new one (and tbh have very little faith it would be better) but the sandwich wasn't removed from the bill.

Well I'm back... since the owner decided to send me a message regarding my review on their old chips and crappy service defending the old chips and saying I was pretty much mistaken in my claim... I thought I'd post her message to me. Now I will not be returning to any of the locations.

Mac and Cheese Sandwich and Arnold Palmer. The food was amazing! If you don't eat a lot then this sandwich will definitely fill you up. I highly recommend ordering the brisket for the sandwich. It was a little wait time but worth the wait. The only default is the drinks are not good, not sweet enough. 8/10

Honestly, this place is mid at best. Perhaps it's a hit or miss every time you come. Overall, the food is filling and tasty, but for a place that specializes on grilled cheese, you'd think that each grilled cheese specialty would be a little more exceptional in terms of flavor and presentation. I feel like they could really up their game more in consistency (more sauce, more filling, more seasoning, more pizzazz, etc every time). My friends loved the mac n cheese with steak sandwich. The steak bits are nicely cooked and flavorful. I got a Buffalo chicken grilled cheese with Tomato Basil. The chicken was on the dry side, and the whole thing just needed more sauce and tanginess to really say I had a buffalo sandwich. The tomato basil soup was delicious, but don't expect creamy soup! It's more marinara than soup especially because of the chunks! A little more blending and a little more cream, and this would've been amazing. Parking is difficult on a weekend, but I'd recommend just taking the valet for $10 and split it amongst your friends!

We came by for lunch and ordered The Favorite and the Grilled Pimento Cheese and both were pretty good but we preferred the Favorite. The parmesan-crusted sourdough gave the sandwich a nice texture. The pimento cheese was a little bland, in my opinion. The sandwiches are pretty small and for $10, I think there should be some chips or something thrown in as a side. I am not sure that we have enough of a reason to come back.

Ate dinner with my family here and enjoyed it. Service was fantastic and prompt, staff very friendly. They have a wide range of grilled cheese to choose from and ours was very good, we would definitely return.

So yummy. I really enjoyed the French soup and my grilled cheese was amazing. They also did an amazing job on the bread pudding. I was so happy with our food. Well done!!!
