I wish I could give this place zero stars lol. I was sat with my three year old in the middle of the floor, and I watched as so many servers passed me by. I just took the menus back to the front. The hostess looked at me puzzled and asked what happened, I said “no one even acknowledged me” lol do you know how humiliating it is to not be acknowledged with your child?? And she said, “oh I’m sorry, the server is right here”…leaning on the wall, talking to her! If you do not like your job, why are you here?IF YOU DON’T WANNA BE ACKNOWLEDGED OR SERVED, PLEASE GO HERE!!!!!

I might come to this place soon since I hear a lot of good things. There is a good variety of food options to choose from. I can expect this place to still be like Main Event. There aren't many retro games at this place except Pac Man and Space Invaders. There are several good games to check out and there are cool VR games to check out as well. I can expect this place to be better than Cidercade.

Great place for a first data night out

Our party of 5 had a great time here for dinner and games. We booked some time in the Arena and unfortunately our experience was plagued with some technical difficulties. Our host, Jay, was incredibly helpful and even joined our group as a 6th player when the Arena wasn’t cooperating. One of the floor tiles prevented us from taking a player picture and also prevented us from completing some games. Jay graciously extended our time and switched us over to another Arena, which unfortunately also had some technical difficulties. But we made the best of it and still had a great time. Jay walked us through every game and made it all the more enjoyable. Dave & Buster’s, please fix your Arena’s because your staff ends up having to unfairly carry a burden. Thankfully, they do. Andreas waited on us for dinner and he, as well as the food, were excellent.

The food is usually on point. (Stay away from the RUCereal Cake unless you enjoy sugar on top of sugar on top of sugar.) I recommend the potstickers and the Parmesan Chicken Pasta. The staff are pretty attentive and the atmosphere is a little loud to be able to talk to each other, but I do enjoy going to Dave and Busters for the food and entertainment.

Super entertaining for children and adults and very good food
Absolutely awesome time. I never go to eat but their drinks and games are a blast. I always try to visit it every time we are anywhere close to Dallas and each time I am envious that there is not one where I live. Personally, I recommend going to the over the top games first then go to the back where the ticket games are to polish off the rest of the card and leave with something.*****TIP*****There are some rides that take credits that are outside of the normal ones. The Jurassic Park Simulation one for example is another $5 per ride.

This Dave & Buster’s is the go-to if you’re all about a huge arcade with games that are always up and running.The place is spotless, which is a nice bonus. Staff-wise, they’re above average.You can’t miss the massive bar with TV’s everywhere and the food and drinks are actually pretty good, way above your typical arcade fare.Definitely a prime spot for gaming, chilling, and munching with plenty of stuff to do around the area

I went there to watch WWE Wrestlemania 40 and the Big 4 with my brother. The host was kind and was trying to accommodate us as my brother has low vision (legally blind). The host got us a table really close to the screen so he can see it. The issue came we received the food and there was a hair in my Philly cheesesteak. I just expecting a replacement food, but the manager promised they will comp the cheesesteak. The waitress was very busy so I tried not to bother her as much. It go worse though when it came to pay. Instead of a comp cheesesteak, they tried to charge for two philly cheesesteaks. Which to me was a slap in the face. I to the waitress about it and they took off the one. Still paid for one of the cheesesteaks.
