RAVEN was the MOST AMAZING server I have ever had, she went above and beyond for me. Got me good drink AND food recommendations. The ONLY reason I go to Deep Sushi is because of RAVEN! Thank you very much
Overall a very solid experience. Rolls were well made with tasty ingredients. They were also ridiculously affordable for the quality. $5 rolls and drinks? In this economy? It would be a frequent haunt if I lived in the area. Atmosphere was laid back, not too stuffy, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Service was efficient, not overbearing or negligent. We didn't feel ignored or suffocated.

Walked in to an empty restaurant, excited because I figured the service would be quick. Sat at the Sushi bar where three sushi chefs were actively engaged in sushi making. Took the waiter almost 15-20 mins to come up and take our order. Must have been the TikToc app she had open keeping her busy. The Sushi Chef looked at us and not even a hello or anything. This place is better ordered by Uber Eats than dining in, place looks nice but service is horrible. Find sushi elsewhere!

I ordered pick up for lunch at this location, along with two coworkers. We arrived and the place was completely empty besides me and my one coworker who came with to pick up the food. After giving the names for pickup we for about 15-20 minutes. The employee came back up to the front and handed us the three bags that were sitting on their takeout shelf since we walked in. Needless to say, the food was almost room temp by the time I sat down to eat it. Just a poor experience, the dishes seemed prepared well and were fairly tasty but with how many sushi joints there are in the area, I likely won't be coming back.

We came in to try the happy hour because the reviews were ranting and raving about how good it was. Well, I'm here to tell you that if you are anything of a sushi lover, you are not going to enjoy the rolls here. They were so bad that you would have thought they came from Kroger. Had they given me at least a little bit of quality in their happy hour roll, I would have been more inclined to try something on their regular menu. But seeing as how they couldn't even get a California roll right, I didn't want to spend the extra money to get a subpar roll.
Apart from the food, we had the saketinis which were so overly sweet and hard to finish. The cherry on top was the poor service. Or should I say, obligatory service. No one there looked happy to be serving us or anybody for that matter.
Unfortunately, the experience has deterred us from wanting to try this place again. Deep sushi used to have really good food and customer service. That's not what you'll find here anymore. Save your money and try something with better taste and bang for your buck.

Just made an online to-go order on my way back to Houston from Tulsa and it was all amazing — super easy to order, order was ready quickly, and delicious sushi! I got the cherry blossom and the geisha rolls. Both so good. I’ll def be back next time I’m in the area

I didn't like the customer service, about a year so ago it was excellent customer service now I feel some kind of why . A Mexican gentleman asked for the soccer game no problem big t.v , I asked could they turn on the NBA finals on one of the small t.v's now all of a sudden nobody can find the remote. This will be my last time here!!
Extremely disappointed that I have to write this review. I regularly order uber eats from Deep Sushi and it’s always fresh and tasty. However, this last time there was a giant hair inside one of the rolls. I am generally not picky but this hair was just too long and embedded within the role not to notice it. It was very off putting and could not keep eating the rest after that.
