We arrived before our guest of honor and asked if we could wait at the bar. As we sat for over 10 minutes I assumed we became invisible because we were never greeted or waited on until my husband asked in a somewhat loud tone if we could get a drink, but we had to ask. Our server was polite and explained specials to us well, so we thought. We get our bill and realized that was not the case at all. We were shocked. We were totally misled and I'm sure we were clear in asking questions about our meal. We were made to feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived and disappointed by the time we left. I personally must say I've been to this location several times with dear friends and we were never disappointed nor mislead but I guess it's who you are or who your with. Amazing this type of stereotypical manners are still happening. Good luck in your progression

The steaks were not really good. It wasn't cooked perfectly. I can cook a better one at home. Definitely not worth the price. Love the atmosphere and the staff but the price isn't worthy

This place is outstanding! The food, service and ambiance was totally outstanding! Absolutely beautiful decor! From the moment we came in and sat down Jerome was wonderful we had a great time! We will definitely be back when we are in Dallas. We were kinda on the fence about getting dessert because we were so full from our meals and appetizers, but we went ahead and got the butter cake with ice cream and it was so delicious. I'm glad that we didn't miss out on it., You must get this when you dine there!!

Location Downtown Dallas Parking Valet or underground lot validated Atmosphere Classy Seating Bar, small tables at bar, main dining room tables Service Attentive, casual, friendly Ask for Sam Menu So many choices! Bar menu has cocktails, wines, appetizers, seafood, steaks, sides! We had the blood orange spritzer-yummy and taller than expected. The complimentary bread buns covered with butter and salt. We had steak medium well with asparagus. . The asparagus was tender and a hint of lemon! Seasoned well. The steak was a bit rarer than expected but melted in our mouths. So good!! Summary Friends recommended this restaurant. Easy parking, outstanding service, super menu with so many choices! Love this place!

I tried Del Frisco’s for the first time on a Friday night and the whole experience was amazing! The food was excellent and the waiter (Jheir) was so friendly and made sure my friends and I had everything we needed. We wanted to try the cheesesteak egg rolls which was a bar item, but they allowed us try them. They were so good! I didn’t get a picture because they were gone before I could snap a picture. I tried the braised long bone short rib which was delicious. We also got the lobster mac and cheese, creamed spinach, mushrooms, broccolini, and asparagus. All of which were a shareable size and very good! The chef came out to see how we were enjoying the food and he was also very kind. Of course I can’t forget the wonderful desserts which included the chocolate cake, cheesecake, and butter cake which was my favorite. We are already making plans to return again soon. Thank you for the amazing food and service!

I just finished dining at this Del Frisco — my steak was tough & overcooked, so I showed it to my waiter who was extremely kind and accommodating. The manager (caucasian older male with blue eyes) interrogated me, explaining that nothing was wrong with the steak. He definitely didn’t adhere to the “customer is right” idea at all, and made me feel uncomfortable about voicing what was wrong with the meal I ordered. I expected kinder treatment, especially for a higher end restaurant like double eagle. I’d avoid going on Sunday evenings — beautiful restaurant, questionable management unfortunately.

I was nervous this would be an over glorified steakhouse and it wasn't. The presentation was a miss but the natural flavors of the meat was quality, the way it was expertly cooked and the cuts they had available were excellent. At our table we had the ribeye, filet mignon, sirloin, scallops, and sea bass along with various sides. The sides weren't too memorable but the appetizers were impressive especially the hamachi. For a steakhouse, I ironically preferred the seafood options and would love to come back just to try things off the dessert menu. Service was also great. They're kind, attentive, gave great suggestions, they were personable and accommodating. Overall, it was a good experience.

From the entrance to service, appreciated how attentive everyone was. The ambiance was relaxed, pleasant and soothing. If you're on a diet don't think you're going here to eat a salad because the bread alone will get you. And now to the food... Lump Crab cake: 6/10 I've had better and although the sauce was a little basic, it paired well with the crab cake. The crab cake itself was light and had good flavor. Wish there was more than one for the price but I'd consider ordering it again. Mashed potatoes: 5/10 too buttery - I know - how? There's no such thing, but these were just sitting in butter and I didn't like the green onions cooked with them. This made them mushy and personally I would have preferred them on top to add a little "crunch" to the potatoes. Broccolini: 5/10 a little too greasy for me and not much flavor. Filet mignon: 8.5/10 tender and cooked well. Ordered the 8 oz and it was perfect for me. All the sauces: 5/10 Honestly I only liked 2 of the 4 sauces and they were the chimichurri and horseradish ones. They both paired well with the steak and enjoyed the flavors. Surf and turf, trio: 7/10 some of the steaks weren't cooked as asked but it was still enjoyed. The scallops are the star here and were cooked to perfection. Strawberry Hibiscus Cheesecake: 6/10 nothing spectacular but I will say I was not a fan of the raspberry sauce.

10/10!! We had the BEST waiter, Noah. We were here from out of town so our 9 month old was with us. We felt a little out of place with a baby. Noah was incredible. They don’t have children’s cups so he DIYed a cup out of a to-go soup container. He brought random decor/utensils for our baby to play with. He didn’t bring me a hot plate to prevent my baby from getting burnt. He really thought of everything without us ever asking. The best service we have ever had.The food was great too! The lobster Mac and butter cake were the highlight. Definitely get them.

Sunday night I went with my family and I had such a wonderful time. Not only the ambiance was great ,but the ribeye was phenomenal. What really highlighted the night for my family and I were the tableside carajillo Saul made for us. His service was outstanding and was very attentive through out the whole night which made our experience superb at Del Frisco´s. I am really hoping to go back soon, with my friends next time.
