Love their barbacoa, but they sold us a spoiled cake. Cake was purchased on 12/9/24, and was cut at night on 12/10/24 for a birthday party and it smelled rancid. If you buy a cake from here make sure to give it a sniff test before they close because they will get mad at you for not returning it the same day, and give you a hard time when you attempt to get compensation. The lettering on the cake was also not the best….

Falls Location Specifically - i chose to overlook the misspelled words, even the poor icing writing…but the thin, older lady that works there is rude and unpleasant. She acts inconvenienced to get asked for help. The nice people that worked there before moved to the singleton location. I’d rather drive further for better service

I wish I could give zero stars. Mr. Raymond Lopez was very rude when I tried to return the rancid cake they sold me yesterday for my baby's birthday. The cake was spoiled and I tried to return it and Mr. Raymond was very rude to me and did not want to refund me even though I returned the cake. After being a customer for more than 13 years I will never return. :(
