This place is a absolute rip off. Purchased the Dinner/Flight Combo in February. Flights were rescheduled 5 times and now permanently cancelled until 2025 due to facility issues. No refund , no voucher , no accommodations.
Whoever answers the phone calls should find another job where he/she doesn’t have to speak to people.
The rudeness I received is unacceptable.
They aren’t taking reservations but they are definitely taking your money.
DO NOT BOOK!
Highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. A nightmare of an experience over the last three months. Terrible communication. I have received conflicting information from several employees. They’re not very supportive of women and tried to manipulate a situation. Again stay away and be cautious.
