Went to the counter seating but both chairs I sat in were rocking side to side. Moved to a table but the table wobbles to every direction. But the food was exceptional.

i am staying at the hotel next door and this denny’s rocks. i walked over to order a couple items off the $10 or less menu. it took a few minutes to have someone come take my order but i was understanding since the manager was dealing with some issues in the back. she personally took my order and brought me my food. it was very hot and fresh. i’ll definitely be back while i’m still in town.

This manager leads by example. She helps her workers and ask if they need help with orders. Kimberly Hearn is the manager I would want running my shift if I worked there. I like the way she greets the customers as they come in and leave. This is the TC Jester location in Houston Texas not Dallas.

The food was delicious and came out hot and fresh. Everything was cooked just the way I ordered it, and the portion sizes were perfect. The drink service was also wonderful; my beverages were always refilled quickly, and everything tasted great.

⭐️ If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This Denny’s location is an absolute disgrace. I placed an online order, drove all the way there, and the moment I walked in, the cashier tells me they “can’t make my order” because they suddenly decided to do a store clean-up. Then WHY take my money in the first place?
I asked for a refund, and he had the nerve to tell me he couldn’t refund me. So basically they just take your money and shrug. Completely unacceptable and downright shady.
The employees working looked like they couldn’t care less about anything happening around them. Their hygiene was horrible, and they were clearly NOT in a state to be running a restaurant. They could barely focus, moved like they were half asleep, and looked totally unprofessional and unprepared to deal with customers.
This is the WORST Denny’s I’ve ever encountered. The fact that this place is even open is shocking. It needs to be shut down immediately until they hire people who are actually capable of doing their jobs.
Do NOT waste your time, money, or energy here. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere.
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE RAN INTO AN ISSUE WITH THIS LOCATION.
