This place used to be nice, but 5 or 6 months ago it started going downhill - not having basic things in stock like waffle mix or jelly. The music has been dead for weeks. Also, the front door's been broken for a month and the sign isn't lit so it looks closed

I am calling corporate on the manager of this location!
I came in for a door dash today, when I came in the server said its not ready yet. I asked to make sure the cook has the ticket. About 5 minutes later the server said the cook just got the ticket 30 seconds ago. I said kinda weird when it took me over 10 minutes to get here.
So after sitting there and waiting for over 20 minutes the cook yelled that food is already ready sitting by the front desk this whole time! The server put the wrong order receipt on the bag.
Ok, ppl make mistakes thats not the point. I asked the manager to remake the food because the food has been sitting out getting cold for about 30 minutes. I refuse to bring my customer ice cold food. The cook in the back ground said he ain't remaking the food but he will microwave it (when its their fault for not communicating and the server straight up lying to me!)
Then the manager comes out demanding me to cancel the order so another driver can come get this old food because they all are refusing to make this situation right by remaking the food. I called DD and the customer to let them both know how terrible they treated me and their customer. The customer was so upset how they wouldn't remake the food and that they were demanding me to cancel so another driver would come get that old food.
How unprofessional and inconsiderate of a sham manager and set of employees at this location. I will be calling corporate on yall!

Our Server was Miranda. She was scrubbing down the booths when We walked in . She stopped Her task and immediately seated Us and brought Us menu's and took Our drink orders. She came back. and took Our orders and helped by customizing Our dishes just the way We like them . Our food came out promptly and was hot and delicious. Miranda may be the most efficient Waitress I've ever seen ! She's a real gem Your lucky to have Her representing Your Establishment !
