Literally the worst. I brought my mom here for lunch which was dead and the server took awhile to seat us when he wasn’t serving anyone else. Took forever to take our drink and food order. Food took even longer and came out overcooked!! They brought my kid fish instead of chicken strips. Fish wasn’t even an option on the kids menu. The cook sucks, the server sucks, the hostess/cashier sucked too.
Just horrible. Don’t waste your hard earned money! Sorry no photos to attach. You couldn’t pay me to photograph that monstrosity.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. My husband and I came here and they said they were busy but obviously weren't as less then half the tables had seating. We had to wait over an hour for our food to come, and on top of that, once we received our food we told 2 waiters that we did not get any utensils, both said they would get them. After waiting 10 minutes with our food just sitting in front of us we see them chit chatting and so I go to the counter to tell someone we need utensils and they both told me to wait as they went to go help another guest at the table directly next to ours, and I believe one of them was the manager. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Didn't like the sauce on the triple burger. It was too sweet. Sent the burger back, asked if I could get mayo instead,and put it on the side. I dont think the waitress told the cook. The cook didn't put fresh fries on the plate, still had the same fries from first ordering! You should have common sense to send hot fries back with the order🤷🏾♀️ I'm I, right? Well, I just canceled the order 🙃 I didn't want to send it back again and risk something bad happening to my food. The waitress,Selena, was sweet as she could be😊❤️

The waitress on the afternoon shift never brought us drinks for more than 20 minutes, then we ordered and she brought us something we didn't ask for and she tried to persuade us to accept the food we didn't want since we always came for crepes, it even smelled of tobacco and her appearance was very messy, she didn't apologize for having put the order wrong and we never had drinks better we decided to leave.

Saturday 4:30am - There were only two other customers at this time. I ordered the Lumberjack Slam, to compare how those 7 items would turn out at this location, versus the recent review I did for the Denny's 3.5 mi from this one. This location did a much better job overall, but kind of fell short on two items. Before getting to that, let's give this location one huge compliment. I ordered my eggs "over medium", to see if this location could get them right and they did, they nailed them perfectly. They might need to teach the cook at the other Denny's location I reviewed, how to cook them that way. All the other items on the lumberjack we're fine except for two. The toast I received was a little over cooked for my preference, think of your toast being surprisingly very crunchy, a little on the hard side when you bite into each piece. Next, the hash browns were fully cooked at this location compared to the other locations review, but they were literally dripping in grease or oil. Less oil or grease would have been nice. Other than that the floors and tables were clean and the waiter was very attentive and available.

I ordered the t-bone steak breakfast and the t-bone steak is hard as rubber. The hash browns taste old. Very disappointed. Came up here later that night 12/23/24. The server Kayla called her manager asking to give me a discount As you can tell by the photos, I didn't eat anything but the eggs. My husband's bacon was pre cooked but he ate his portion. Only one young guy in the kitchen who probably needs more experience.

Good food, sometimes it even looks better than what you see on the menu. Good luck if the waiter makes a mistake not all of them know what they're doing and it can be a gamble. When you get your food they leave alone which is nice until you need them for something like a drink refill. Then it can be hard to find them.

They have a sign when you walk in saying you only have 30 minutes while eating. We ordered the zesty nachos, and they had no meat on them, and when asked why not the server said that there was meat on them. The the sampler came out looking almost burned and tasted like it was.
