The cashier was extremely kind and attentive she answered the phone, came outside to guide me to the entrance, made friendly conversation, and patiently waited while I looked over the menu during a system reboot. She was clearly handling both front counter duties and order coordination on her own. The issue was the cook, who was playing loud videos, laughing, and repeatedly demanding that she complete items that should have been handled from the kitchen. The arguing happened in front of customers, another guest was ignored, and the environment became uncomfortable enough that I canceled my order.

This was a great experience from the time we walked in until we left....Donald greeted us, interacted with my grans and was very pleasant!!!!The food was good and my grans really enjoyed their reindeer mealsđThe wait wasn't long, in fact it gave us time to talk a d listen to some good music....Thanks or great service!!!

The service here was terrible â extremely bad. I simply asked politely how much longer the food would take, and the staff member started yelling at me, saying, âIâm not the cook. I donât know how long itâll take. You just need to wait!â Very rude and completely unprofessional. The Black serverâs attitude was unacceptable.

Horrible paint smell they are remodeling and the smell is HORRIBLE I had to tell them to open door or window I should call health department itâs not safe because the fumes in food!!!
Honestly it was amazing, very nice employee that attended us and it was empty, good came in quick the place is clean and a cool atmosphere

The server could have cared less that we were there. It took forever to get a menu, and we were not offered drinks. 5 full minutes later he came by and asked âwhat do you wantâ. He was not busy, there were only 2 other tables in the entire restaurant.

Worst experience ever! If we could give ZERO STARS we would!!! We were told to find a clean table by a man as soon as we walked in. It took 15 minutes before the server came to our table she dropped the menus and left without asking our drink order. It was another 15 minutes until she returned. We ordered our food but when we asked for drinks almost all their sodas were out their coffee was cold. The only food on our plates that was hot were the pancakes and they were either undercooked or burnt. When it was time to pay they didn't even have money in their register to give us change and the manager just rolled his eyes... Will never stop here again

We came in after a concert tired and hungry, and John showed us exemplary service. He chatted with us, offered great suggestions, shared some laughs, and was working on something the entire time. We absolutely loved our time with him tonight and we definitely felt wanted. Thank you :)
