I placed an in face order, the service was horrible. The guy Donald. G who took my order was unprofessional asking about tattoo and insinuating I wasn't going to pay for my bottle of water, saying security is right there make sure to pay for the water. He was under the influence so I just ignored him, it was a terrible job at him trying to flirt.
The General manager however knows nothing about her. I had to walk back to the store from the back of the semi-truck lot cause they forgot to put part of my order in my bag. I asked for a refund since I called 4 times and nobody answered. She said she doesn't know how to do a refund and then lied saying the system doesn't allow it. I was also told I should have looked in my bag as if that's my job and I work at Danny's.
While she was in the back on the phone with her manager getting additional training about refunds. The whole server staff decides to gather around the front where the GM returned to me thinking it's a show. The fact all the servers was sitting around listening to our conversation instead of attending to their guests or their other job duties, is the exact reason why my order was missing. Nobody there did their job properly I had to get help from the Flying J manager. Being under the influence at work shouldn't be allow that alone would have prevented this problem also.

Sheldon, the manager, did a great job providing good service . He worked the hardest of the staff. The waitresses were more interested in their phones than working. My waitress did the bare minimum to wait on me. The computer went down and Sheldon busted his butt to get it working again so i could have a good experience and enjoy a good dinner. The food was cooked perfectly. My hats off to the cook.

If there were 0 stars I would give it. I came here to eat with my family and everything was bad, there was almost nothing on the menu. I recommend buying something quick at the truck stop store and looking for a better place to eat.

Don't not go here . The employee steal from the customers. I forgot my wallet on counter. Manager Sheldon picked it up. Say he put it in office then he say he brought it back to counter. Why didn't he leave my wallet in office now the whole wallet missing. They have about 20 cameras in there not getting no response back from manager alot of money was stolen, credit cards in driver. License. The manager admitted he had my wallet and other employees seen him with it. Since no manage calling me back it's about to be some lawsuits I did Police report and legal research and employer can be held accountable for the employees. About to be some lawsuits. And especially with all the cameras they have they I know 100 percent the cameras seen the employee lift my wallet. That place have thieves employees. Short on help. Food was nasty. Now cat get a response from GM. Worse dennys ever.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. I'm always met with smiling faces and marvelous people. Especially this sweet young lady name Ana she always takes such good care of me when I come by. She has such wonderful server. Highly recommend stop.

Waited and waited and waited. Still waiting for my order. Waited on coffee to be served. No one has never came by for a coffee refill. One hour and fifteen minutes at this place so far still no food.
