Ordered two chopped beef sandwiches and sadly I didn’t notice there was plastic hiding inside the meat until I finished eating one of the sandwiches, absolutely disgusting I won’t be going back to that restaurant.

My food and my experience was terrible, they should get zero stars for what was served on our plates. We both ordered the 2 meat plate with a side of baked beans and a side of potato casserole. The brisket didn't have flavor, but I will say the jalapeno cheddar sausage was good. The baked beans were very watery and had some kind of pepper dirt taste, could not eat them. The potato casserole side was a potato soup, I am guessing when they boiled the potato's they didn't drain them and just added bacon, cheddar and something, absolutely terrible. The table we sat at kept rocking back and forth, moved to a different table, with the same issues. The ice cream machine was out of order, I thought well, the food sucks, but at least I can get an ice cream cone out of this experience and move on with my day, but no. I could not eat the food, I got a to go box and we packed up the meats to feed to our dogs. Finally, I went to the ladies restroom, and we are right in the middle of lunch hour rush, and the door does not have a functional lock, so people were walking in on each other, so embarrassing. The two gentlemen that worked the counter were polite, but whoever cooked this mess needs to read this review, it's just BBQ, every time I have visited a Dickies in the DFW metroplex, it has been exceptional, not today and never again at this location, you spend $50.00 for lunch, it should be good...beware.

I ordered food on Jan 25 of Januaryof this year. Went there on my lunch break and the store was closed. According to a sign. And didn't see anyone either. Tried to call repeatedly for days. No answer. They didn't bother to call or email me through the app to warn me or the closure. I still haven't got my money back. Had to finally file a dispute with my bank. Worst experience ever. If there were negative stars I would say negative 5 stars

Typically, the food at the Adler location is great. The fries may be a little under cooked but the sausages I got yesterday on 12/29/23 were spoiled. It was obvious from the smell so I know the staff knew. I also ordered on 12/28 from a Dickeys that I never buy from which is inside a Gas Station off Walton Walker & Singleton & not only were the sausages also spoiled but the ribs were old. The only good thing about the order was the one Texas Toast. The prices are too high for them to sell bad product.

My husband said he was the last customer for the evening. I got a loaded baked potato. It was horrible. The potato was barely warm. The butter n cheese wasn't melted, the potato was hard n dried not fresh at all. Looks like they scraped up the last pieces of meat n threw it in the potato. I am very disappointed n disgusted. I will share n inform my friends,family n social media. My husband ordered The beef plate. Omg r u kidding me?!!!!! He paid $34. lost for words.

My boyfriend ordered food for us tonight via Uber and I swear the baked potato was from YESTERDAY. It was hard, and even tasted stale! They also not only didn't give me cheese or sour cream even though I ordered it loaded, but the chopped brisket was ENTIRELY 100% ALL FAT. The sandwich my boyfriend got on the side was also not only all fat, but the bottom bun was stale. I know because the side was rock hard but the bread wasn't toasted. If it was then only that side was solid as a rock.Do NOT eat from here.To the cook(s) working tonight, you've entirely insulted my tastebuds, time, and entire being. Please leave not only the establishment, but that career choice before you seriously hurt somebody. ?

I got a 3 meat plate, green beans, mash potatoes, & lemonade. My roommate got a brisket sandwich, mash potatoes, and a Coke. The male server acted like he wanted to herd us through quickly when we were the only ones in line. The restaurant was totally empty except for one other customer sitting at a table! The food wasn't even hot, Lukewarm at best!

Horrible first experience…order was completely all wrong…I ordered brisket chili cheese fries…just got a bowl with brisket chili because fries was the last word on that order and they didn’t read the complete order…went back to correct it and they handed me a bag of fries with no cheese and laughed it off…got back and ready to try to enjoy my order and found that the GIANT bake potato I ordered was just a regular bake potato…to top it off…the potato was really hard/ not fully cooked…it’s disappointing how bad my first experience was with this place and sad how there was only 2 people sitting down eating…so being to busy is not a excuse…more like lack of attention to a order I paid for….horrible first experience..

Ordered pick up 1.5 hours before they closed. Pulled up to location 45 minutes before they were supposed to close, door was locked. Someone did come out with the food when they saw us. Ordered beef sausage and it was replaced by brisket because they were out. Brisket was end of the day, dry, stringy, chewy brisket...Awful. all the other food was stone cold. I paid $50+ for this food and ended up not even eating it. Contacted corporate through their website and the receipt. My complaint was totally ignored, no follow up at all except for an email saying that they appreciate my continued support??? I will not support or eat there ever again.***Someone did reach out from social media page and requested I email them with all info and they would address the situation and i did.Fast forward 1 week and still no response from them either. I think it's a case of try to make yourself look good on Google Review rather than actually intending to help.Therefore the restaurant and the social media dept both get solid "F's" from me
