I live nearby and order from this Dickey’s all the time. The food is always consistent brisket is tender, pulled pork is flavorful, and the sides too. The staff knows how to take care of their customers and they’re always friendly, whether I’m picking up or dining in. It’s nice having a spot close by where I can count on good BBQ without having to drive far. Definitely one of my go-to places.

Ordered delivery for the three meat plate on 8/11. The brisket was dry and flavorless. Ribs were tender, but flavorless.
Ordered 4 pork sandwiches and two were missing along with the fries and soda. The pork smelled like sewage and the as also dry and didn’t taste good.

Me and my girlfriend ordered from this place thru doordash and got our order and it wasn’t right and it was cold. And when we tried to call them and let them know. They want to say call doordash it’s on their end. How when doordash didn’t make the food. They just picked it up

I’ve ordered here a few times. Every time was a bad experience. They either forgot certain food items like the BBQ SAUCE or were out of things, but didn’t bother to substitute anything. Managers should do a better job with training on customer service. Won’t ever order from this location again.

Restaurant looks clean and great atmosphere. I went to Dickey’s for the first time ever so I don’t have any reference to compare. All I know the chicken sandwich and brisket and all was really good. They gave plenty of barbecue sauce without me even asking. I would recommend and plan to return.

I typically visit this spot for the brisket specially their burnt ends, but today’s experience was incredibly disappointing. The blonde girl working was very unprofessional and rude, and the other employee didn’t even seem to know what type of meat he is cutting. To make matters worse, they claimed they didn’t have any, all while cutting into a freshly cooked brisket right in front of me. It’s astonishing that the staff seems so uninformed and lacks of customer service. This place seriously needs to train its employees better… what a letdown.
