Out-of-town visitor here, and just had to add my review of this great place! Absolutely delicious, generous portions, and so many sides to choose from. (We have a Dickey's locally but it's nothing like this, regrettably.) Also, the owners were wonderful! You're doing everything right!

I was here getting dinner tonight and the lady in front of me was complaining about how they supposedly got the price wrong on her meal, the employees were very nice about it and figured it out with her. When she left she was telling them that they were rude and that she was never coming back, and the owner was still very nice. This was the first time I can remember going to this Dickies and it feeling so somber and as if I didn't order enough to bothered with. There was a gentleman greeting people and he was nice enough but the guy behind the counter doing the meat just really seemed like he didn't want to be there.
