It is a great place for tasty, comforting food. The meat is juicy and well-cooked, the portions are generous, and the flavors are delicious. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick, making it an easy and enjoyable place to eat.

Absolute worst experience ever. $25 for a plate of food and it was inedible. I was in about 2pm on Jan 15. Lady behind the counter was polite but the guy cutting meat was busy when I walked in and I had to wait. The chicken and brisket was dry. The Mac and cheese was dry on top and mush underneath. I won’t be back.

This location clearly does not value its customers. I called on Monday to confirm the Monday rib special. The employee told me the special was on Tuesday. I specifically asked him to double-check, and he failed to do so.
When I called back on Tuesday, the woman who answered was dismissive and unhelpful, stating, “We can’t help you” and “There’s nothing we can do.” No apology, no effort to resolve the issue, and no customer service whatsoever. At the very least, I expected a solution, a discount, or some acknowledgment of the mistake.
Errors happen, but the way this was handled is unacceptable. The lack of accountability and courtesy is shocking. This was going to be part of our Christmas dinner. We enjoy the food here but What a terrible way to treat a customer during the holidays.

I ordered catering for 19 people through EZCater. I’ve placed catering orders regularly for the past 3–4 years and have never had an issue—these orders are usually carefully prepared and double-checked.
Unfortunately, the BBQ sauce that is supposed to come with the catering order was missing. I called the restaurant to resolve it, but the experience was frustrating. The person who answered the phone didn’t seem familiar with the catering menu or how catering orders work. He repeatedly asked how much sauce I needed (medium, large, etc.), when all I was requesting was the standard BBQ sauce included with the order. I called to resolve the issue, not provide solution to the restaurant.
As the customer, I shouldn’t have to estimate quantities for a catering order that the restaurant already defines. The lack of menu knowledge and inability to assist made the situation unnecessarily difficult. My whole team need to wait another 30 minute to get served and need to pick up by ourselves. I paid $25 on delivery.
It feels like there may be new management, but whoever is handling catering calls really needs better training. This was disappointing, especially given how straightforward the issue was.

Worth what I paid - I went to another Dickey's the next day - and it was nowhere near as good as this location. I'll come back when I'm in the area next

Is this place still open?I went by there today and the doors were locked and it looked like all the lights were off. I didn't see any sign saying it was closed or out of business.
The brisket was very dry. I believe that it was overcooked because it had to much bark and to much SMOKE
