I go here only because there's so few Dickey's locations left and only when there's a coupon. Yet, I am disappointed everytime. The brisket was cold again and flavorless. The pulled pork was dry. The ribs and were OK. Sauce was watered down. The staff seems like they don't want to be there. Bathroom was dirty. And during lunch, place is nearly empty everytime.Sad how far the chain has fallen from when they were good and everywhere.

Was unsure as soon as I walked in. Saw a few flies buzzing around the door. There was more flying around when I walked towards the counter to order. The entire place was filthy. Fountain drink machine looked terrible. The floors, baseboards, ceiling, vents ect all looked like they hadn't had a basic cleaning in a decade or so. The air vents were covered in dirt/mold. I left without ordering anything. If you can't keep the entrance and dining area clean, I can only imagine the kitchen. Health inspector should look into this.

They need to do something about the music. BBQ & R&B is not a great combo. But I guess I don't work there and the young people that work there enjoy that type of music. I noticed I was the only one dining in.

The food was absolutely the worst I think that I've ever eaten. I had a stuffed potato with Brisket. Brisket was cold and dry and the potato was not cooked good and was cold. I had surgery today and was looking forward to some good food. ??

My normal Dickey's was completely out of brisket yesterday so I went to this location. The brisket can only be described as terrible. It was boiled meat. It was gray, had no bark, and a lot of fat. There was absolutely no flavor: no salt, no pepper, no garlic, nothing. Nothing could salvage this bland meat including a large amount of barbecue sauce. I drowned this meat in sauce and it still tasted like nothing. I threw it away and will never be back to this location. The only saving grace was that it was cheaper than my normal location. However, I'll gladly pay the extra $5 for brisket that's done correctly.
