I ordered the Texas brisket sandwich it had a bunch of white fat all over and little meat, one small table spoon of bbq they gave me in the plastic container 😭

Website stated 11-3 Christmas hours I placed an order for 12:45 pickup I arrived at 1:00 store was closed never opened Now that the store is open I called to request a refund and encountered two staff members that insist on over talking and being rude. No compassion for the issue it self and nasty customer service !! This place used to be my favorite but not anymore!

So answer the phone! Workers proceed to ignore us, wouldn't tell us where to order, didn't tell us how small the sides are, just a disappointing experience.
Never will come here again. 4.0 is awful for a restaurant

My go to spot whenever I am craving BBQ and running errands. A nice quick service with good BBQ, and fantastic hospitality. I have been here during the busy hours and slow hours. Each time greeted with friendly service. Lauren is always there when I come in and always provides the best experience every time. Will definitely continue to be my go to when passing by.

We used Dickey’s catering and were very happy. Delivered on time, setup was great. It was great working with Lauren. She was very efficient in helping us make the right decisions in planning our event. Our event was a huge success! We will use catering services again.Food was very good, very little leftovers.

I needed to pick up a large order for a company lunch. Lauren Kent was very efficient in putting together our large order. She made sure it was ready at the specified pick up time and even went above and beyond by carrying the order to my car. Lauren made this a great experience and I will definitely be back at this location off North Central Expressway.

The food is consistently good & plentiful & the staff is always so friendly. The best bbq brisket baked potatoes & fresh fries! We live closer to other locations but come to this one. We appreciate you guys!
