Lauren (cashier) and Junior (Pitmaster) were awesome and friendly to me as the lunch I had today (24 JUL 25) was definitely made with love.
I had a two meat plate because I missed breakfast and was starving. I also had fried okra and loaded mashed potatoes as my sides & their $2 canned beer special.
This Dickeys is located on the corner of Central (75) and Henderson/Knox.
So the next time any of y'all are stuck in traffic I'd highly recommend eating here until traffic clears.
The brisket was tender and juicy as well as their chicken. It certainly was a welcomed change from fast food places in our Republic of Texas 🤙🏽
