My wife and I had a very nice time here before the Mavs game. We had THE sweetest waitress named Jess, who made us feel exceptionally welcome! Hope we get her every time we come in! Wings were very good and hit the spot. Will gladly come back here!

Cooper made me the best Michelada! He totally surprise me! I wasn’t expecting it to be this yummy! And I just had a blast watching the first Mavs game with AD on the team! Such a great place I’d recommend to anyone that loves good vibes and great drinks! Thanks cooper, for showing outstanding customer service ! I’ll be coming back often for sure !

Great food and fantastic service!! We sat at the bar (place was packed) Cooper was our bartender. (The only bartender for the entire place)
He had a calm & cool demeanor and knocked it out of the park. We would definitely go back!

Dirty Bones without question has the best wings in Dallas. My friend and I who discovered this gem before a Stars game are regularly recommending this spot. One minor flaw at times is the service; not necessarily the quality of service but the speediness due to staffing shortages. A few years ago, when finding employees was a challenge for all industries, we had one very poor experience. The wings are so good that we continued to return; good quality food is just an important as service.

The wings are always piping hot, the dry rubs are mastered flavor wise (especially the sriracha ranch), and the chicken has very minimal gristle. Dirty Bones is THE BEST.

Today my wife and I were starving hungry in Dallas and we ended up finding this hidden gem. Dirty Bones doesn’t do it justice. For being advertised as a wing spot, we have to say their burgers and sandwiches are highly impeccable and fairly good in size! I ordered the double smash burger and it was super juicy with all the delicious flavors of their dirty sauce mixed well with the toppings! My wife ordered the fried chicken sandwich with the chicken tossed in their buffalo medium sauce. Super delicious as she said and said it was the best fried chicken sandwich she’s had in Dallas. We ordered tots along with our burgers and sandwiches in which, I got mines dirty styled. The dirty tots are topped with chili, cheese, scallion, fried cheese curds, and shredded cheese! Super tasty and salty with a full bite of everything.
Now the service was amazing might I add! Our server of the night was Jessica-,She was super funny, sweet and helpful, and got our stuff out in a quicky! She’s the MVP, the legend, the QUEEN of services! Might I also add, the atmosphere was laid back and the restaurant was playing a diverse bit of music that was upbeat with oldies and new hits. I would highly recommend this spot near the American Airlines Center if you’re looking for a quick bite at a good cost!

Jess was a fantastic server, even through the craziness before a Stars game. Bryan, the manager, came by to check on us. A good pour, good food, top notch service. Love this place!

HORRIBLE experience! We have been here previously before as it is super easy to grab a quick bite before heading over to American Airlines. We attended a game last Friday, 12/27, where we stopped in to Dirty Bones before. It was a party of 4 and we sat at the bar. The bartender was nice and helped us so we had no trouble with her at all. We arrived at 6pm and placed our food order by 6:10. It was taking awhile for our food which even the bartender had noticed and checked on it at least three times for us. Eventually some lady came over to tell us that we were 4th in line for food and it was taking so long because we had bone in wings, which only 1/4 members of our group had bone in wings and someone had a sandwich even. We understood but said we had seen another party of 4 who got there at least 10 minutes after us get their food. At this point it was 6:40-6:45. The lady was not being helpful or answering our questions, and then asked when we had arrived and we told her. She proceeded to LAUGH at us and said “you expected to get your food on a game night only getting here an hour before?” Yes we did as we have done it before and have never had an issue and never been talked to in such a rude and disgusting way. Ruined our experience and will not ever return and would not recommend to others if this is how the restaurant wants to represent itself.

All I went in for was fries. The bar tender acted like I was wasting their time with my order. The order was half the size of what you'd get at McDonald's but cost twice as much. They were soggy and salty....like the wait staff...
