District 9 Draught Haus

My husband and I just had our second excellent experience at District 9 Draught Haus. The food is great and so are the beers!...and the apple cake is outrageously delicious! We can't wait to go back!

Got to visit for the first time and it did not disappoint. We tried the spicy chicken sausage and it was delicious. Also their BLT ? ? ? was delish. We enjoyed an Oktoberfest fest beer and a Lager. Definitely recommend this place.

When was the last time you went to a pub and they asked you how your kids are. I only go here to pick up food maybe once every 2 weeks, but they still remember the handful of times I went with my kids, before Covid, for the best brats I've ever had. Spend local, live local, love local. Best pub in the world! Cant wait to sit down with the fam and friends again.

Update: still an awesome pub and fantastic brats. I do wish it could be open for lunch during the week since I work from home. A little motorcycle ride and a good brat is the perfect mid-day break from my desk.

Great vibe! Friendly staff and great selection of draft beer. Enjoyed my pork schnitzel sandwich. Definitely will be returning here to enjoy the food, atmosphere, and drafts!

German and German-styled beers plus German-styled food. What's not to love about that? All that's missing is an oompah band and pretty girls in drindls!Arriving when it was quiet, I enjoyed a beer and then a meal. A fantastic pilsner poured in the proper glass. After that one was gone, I let the bartender talk me into dinner. I chose the "plated" schnitzel and she suggested that I have the mushroom gravy on the side. Wow, that was a great idea. I got to have bites of this wonderful pork plain and then have bites with the gravy. The small arugula salad on the side was ideal.A bit later, a second beer. So many to choose from on tap and in tins and in bottles but I chose a German import draft and it was perfection. From the world's oldest brewery, Weihenstephan Kristallweissbier. Just beautiful.Friendly folks and maybe they'll see this. Stephanie was a delight and Adam was fun to talk to. Sitting out front and watching the sunset while sipping a beer was most pleasant.As the place fills up, it does get quite loud. It's all smooth walls that reflect sound so some baffles would really help.This is such a friendly and fun joint. Clearly a local favorite and I can see why.

We have slowly become regulars here. Drinks, food and service are always great, and you can always find a table. My kiddo now asks to go to the ‘pretzel restaurant’ at least weekly. :)

Great neighborhood spot for German food and tons of rotating beers on tap. Kid friendly, we usually stop in for a pint after walking the Lake.

Hands down the best Rueben sandwich this side of a New York delicatessen. The meat was lean, the sauerkraut was fresh and just half of the sandwich filled me up. So glad I ventured out on my bike on this rainy evening. Well worth getting my clothes wet!
