This is the best pizza in Dallas. Get the Harry Carrey, and ask for Alex. You’ll thank me later

An hour. That's all we had because of another commitment. But we got a reservation and hoped for the best because neither my wife or I wanted anything resembling fast food. They were so busy, but didn't make you feel like it. They took our order quickly, served us a great red wine by the glass, brought us that amazing Brussels Sprout salad, and then our custom ordered pizza all in flawless sequence. We even had time to visit with a few friends who were enjoying the place as well. All I can say to them is THANK YOU for making our rushed schedule seem like a casually enjoyed dinner.

Food is very good, although menu is fairly limited. This particular restaurant location is crowded which leads to its being noisy. The man sitting at the table next to us was - literally, 10” from my face. Charging for iced tea refills is a rip-off. Shame on you.

After just over an hour, we were asked by our waiter to leave shortly after paying our bill, but we were still finishing up our beverages. It was out of line, ruining the otherwise positive experience.

From backwaiter to manager they were on top of thier game. We were having some very special conversations and the team knew when we needed help and when to not bother us. The music was fun and uplifting mix of yacht rock and classic rock which was fun on a sunday morning.

DL Mack's should be on the short list of anyone who eats out often in Dallas. Excellent staff make for a welcoming atmosphere and they absolutely catered to us- everything we ordered came to us quickly and we were checked on by our delightful server often. The menu has all the options most would want, from good appetizers and salads, sandwiches, to pizzas and some seafood. I'd guess we have eaten there about a half dozen times and it is always fantastic.

When I arrived at my reserved time - I was handed food as if I was from a delivery service. When i gave the food back and said I was there to sit down and eat. I was very annoyed but my waitress Jessica made it worth while. My food was only warm instead of hot but everyone knows you don't send food back. So I simply endured and paid the ticket and left. I won't be returning.

Spinach dip was good, burgers good. The chicken parm was not as good as before. Ai3 was dramatically different and it was overcooked. We miss the old menu.

1. Martinis are so hit or miss here. Mine didn't have the blue cheese salt around whole rim and was about 65% full. They used to fill the all the way up. 2. Always get the honey truffle chicken pizza and this time the pizza didn't have a lot of chicken on it and was so oily. Not the normal recipe. 3. Service was great.

We went for a light meal before an evening performance. We first tried the patio, but it was so noisy that we had to move indoors, where it was loud but not deafening. They gave us a booth near a server station, and you would think they would train their waiters not to hang out and chat right next to an occupied table, but no such luck. When my wife asked what grapes were in a red blend, the waitress first said it was a mix of fruit and chocolate. When we asked her to check with the bartender, she just went a looked at a bottle, and came back to say that that information was not available (highly unlikely). Later, she kept stopping by to clear our plates even before we had finished eating - which she could clearly see. And then she left us the check, without even asking whether we would like some coffee. It's a shame, since the place is in our neighborhood, but they have to improve their service. As for the food, burgers and salads were OK, not bad but also not very attractive or tasty.

Dinner and drinks never disappoint! But I know I was not the first to ask about the Greek Salad. It was the best Greek Salad in town. Bring it back, many of us are asking.

First experience there for my birthday and our server was AMAZING!!! He was so attentive, kind and even brought out a brownie for my birthday. Vibes were 10/10 and the food was so delicious. One of my new favs!!

DL Macks never disappoints! It is one of the go to spots for pizza and I have never had a bad meal here. We started off with a Caesar salad and peach Bellinis. Then split the Chicago special pizza and spicy rigatoni. Great food, drink, and vibes.

We love DL Mack's! From the minute we walked in it feels like home. The hostess staff is polite, friendly and accommodating. We went during peak dinner hours and they never missed a beat. A big shout out to our server Preston, very attentive, informed us of the new menu items and checked on us frequently/as needed. Delicious food! Great offerings! We'll definitely be back!!!

I was so excited to try DL Mack's after hearing great things about the food (chicken tenders), as I'm a fan of Hudson House and Brentwood. But...this was a disappointing experience. If you think the burger will be similar to Hudson House, it's not. Fries (good enough) are a $3 add-on. I was very regretful that I didn't order chicken or one of the salads. The star was the spinach and artichoke dip - which was very good! Unfortunately our waiter kept trying to take it from the table before we were finished with it (ample portion!) - and the same waiter had to be flagged down for a refill of water glasses as well as iced tea. For DL Mack's prices, not acceptable. I know DL Mack's has many fans, so maybe I should have tried the pizza. But for the $100+ that we paid for three burgers, spinach and artichoke dip and an iced tea, at lunch, the service should have lived up to the expenditure.
