Came on a Saturday afternoon and ordered a vanilla latte from the HOT beverage section of their menu. The staff were nice, but they were clearly overwhelmed, disorganized, and had communication issues with each other. I saw multiple customers come up to the counter and complain about their order taking a long time or being incorrect. When they handed me my drink, it was stone cold. Didn’t even bother asking for them to remake it because I knew they would probably mess it up....
We popped in for a quick lunch and were in and out quicker than anything else we've been to downtown! The Bruschetta is phenomenal and the entire staff was so hospitable! Will definitely be coming back again soon!
