Doce Mesas

We came out to celebrate our moms 60th birthday and it did not disappoint! We had my son who is 1 a handful of teens and adults ranging from 25-40 and everyone be had a blast. The drinks were amazing I highly recommend the banadera margarita. We started off with queso, chips and salsa. The food was perfect. They had cake and come out with candle type thing and let you choose a song to come out with to sing happy birthday. Ruben was attending us and he had the best energy! Will be back soon! Thank y'all.

Service was just okay. I would have liked the server to be a bit more attentive. Service items were not checked on or notices - lack of appetizer plates for two of the diners was not noticed. Not the friendliness - not rude or surely - just not the most welcoming.

Our service and food was great. Way too loud in there. The happy hour crowd in a large table made it tough. Just have to know going into it on a Friday night.

I went with my wife and we were amazed. We recommend that you ask for the waiter named Heinz; he always provides excellent service. The food is also delicious and the atmosphere is very pleasant. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Food was beautifully presented, and some of it was really good.But the rice and the beans were total afterthoughts - completely bland. And I am still having a hard time understanding how these Tex Mex places can charge $20 for enchilada combo plate $26 for chicken fajitas... I don't pay that much in 4 or 5 star restaurants for a chicken entree...?

I've been to this location multiple times for girls nights and had great experiences, however this time around my husband and ai took our little ones here for an early NYE dinner and our server and the manager were soo nice and accommodating to us! We felt so welcomed there and it was really nice to go out somewhere they wasn't one of the typical super casual, kid-centric hubs (nothing wrong with those restaurants, just nice to feel like we actually “went somewhere” for an occasion). They served us quickly and modified a few items so that our kids would actually eat their meals, and the manager gave the kiddos NYE hats when we were about to head out. Super cute of them and just very nice employees that work and manage this restaurant! I hope they all had a great NYE!

Have been a multiple times and always delicious food and cocktail! Also family friendly and good for big groups too.

Some of the most outstanding Mexican food around. The beef fajitas are the best I have ever had. Seasoned perfectly. The regular #2 enchilada Combo is super. Chips and guacamole are fresh as well as the flour tortillas. Live the taste of the margaritas! Fresh lime. Has become my favorite. Yummy! Excellent. The service and atmosphere are wonderful. Tables are spaced nicely so you are not crowded. Inside and out. Will be my new “go to”!

Would give a zero if I could. I made a reservation for Christmas eve and got a confirmation the day before. When I showed up they were closed and said they couldn't keep it open for just 1 reservation even though they say they were open until 930. Now I'm trying to find a place last minute and can't. A little communication would have gone a long way

My friend and I loved our experienced at Doce Mesas! Our server was "on it" and checked in often to make sure we were doing well. The food was excellent and the drinks were fabulous. We were seated at one of the small tables near the bar, which we were open to sit at. My one con would be that the table size was a crowded after a certain point and though our waiter did everything he could to re-configure the table every so often, it never felt anything but crowded. I love the aesthetic they are going for on that side but maybe evaluate that after the Christmas season. Nonetheless, loved!

You expect the food to be good which it was however what I appreciated the most is the positive, enthusiastic customer experience intentionality. Often times, you get one or two people that are great in a facility, but I could tell that it is a priority here and customer experience is part of the culture.

My family of 14 ate here over Thanksgiving break and had a great experience. The service was quick and efficient. The food was delicious! The restaurant was very accommodating for gluten free options as well.

This is such a bad restaurant. Very bad food — all the standard TX dishes like queso, fajitas and margaritas were bad. We ordered a Pescado Al Ajillo, and it was so overcooked that it was dry and hard. The service was so bad even though the restaurant was not full. Food was delayed, and we had to ask for umbrellas when it started drizzling. The servers were inattentive. The only good thing about the restaurant was the churros which were exceptional.
