We open 6 days a week lol what a joke shows how much he cares about his business and his customers
Horrible customer service walked in and was not greeted not welcomed in not even spoken to not a smile or a smirk given no acknowledgement whatsoever makes you want to spend your money elsewhere not only are they closed 75% of the time they claim to be open the customer service was trash do better

Don't, Don't NOT Go To This Place ?!!! the service, food, 👎 👎 nothing here is worth paying for. Look at your receipt, they'll charge you standard charge and a service charge, i ask the guy what it was and his reply was ask the owner, that was a extra 15 bucks. I'd have been better off buying chop beef from wal mart. save your money and go to records bbq, or soulmans bbq, or anywhere else, just don't ✋️ stop at this place and waist your money or pay extra made fees for food you're not going to enjoy or like at all. I don't see how this place is staying open. Update: So, someone claimed to be the owner responded to my post. Whoever you were, I was not told what the extra fees were, and i couldn't have known that the food i purchased from that place was the most horrible thing I've tried to eat in my life if I hadn't tried to eat it. and according to other reviews I've taken the time to review, I'm not the only person that will never waist my time and or money on anything your business has. have a blessed life sir, person or whoever you are.

The young lady with the glasses that takes orders needs to take training on customer service Letting her know never being there before she was not patient nor helpful during my experience Ugly attitude nasty attitude Felt as if I was bothering her just ordering Would rather deal with management or The Young man who came and started taking orders. Tried this for the first time yesterday. It was disgusting. I got a baked potato with brisket, chicken and ribs. Brisket was dry and ribs were burnt. Only thing good was the kool aid !!!! Don’t even get me started about the rude stud worker with the dreads/glasses at the register…. Gone send her to the back with that stank attitude not to mention my potato was rotted I didn’t even bother to take it back because from the atmosphere I knew it was pointless to do!!!

Services was horrible, the lady had a attitude, act like she didn't understand what we were saying. Finally she got someone to take our order, we ordered 2 polish with chips with one and fries with the other one& soda.Didnt get fries or chips or soda. But the polish were good.

I'm actually in front of location...smh. My friend ordered chicken from The Bird House next door so I decided to go in and try some BBQ...stood at the counter and waited and waited and waited! Finally decided to say something to the lady and she didn't speak any english...still no one came. Sounds like they are interested in my business. So I left! I'm a community liason and do major events and could have used their services!

By far one of the Best bbq places i've ever eaten at. Very delicious
I got a two meat plate which consisted of ribs, brisket, green beans, and baked beans. The ribs were cool, the brisket were two big slices but half of the slices were fat and it wasn’t very tasty. Both mid at best. The baked beans are pork and beans with bbq sauce. The green beans were good and they were the highlight. Whataburger would have been better. No I will not patronize again.

I ordered a baked potato with sausage and brisket The sausage was terrible! So I tried the brisket It was dry and terrible as well. The thing that say, the meal was the barbecue sauce. Not everybody should be a restaurant owner if they don’t know how to cook

This was my first time and my last time. If your customer service suck I don't have to taste the food. I'll walk in. there was no greeting.thank you for choosing how may I help you.. no she too busy playing games on the phone so I'm interrupting her.I inquire about the ribs how much is a pound of ribs she said $37 Hell no!!! How much does an order. She couldn't tell me what an order was. You can tell by the tone of her voice she's getting mad cuz I'm asking her questions she should know. Do you want a sandwich. I said no I want to order of Ribs. You can get a pound, half a pound, or a sandwich. No just give me a sandwich and no bread . After placing the order there was no thank you or nothing. Even if your food was bad and your customer service good I'll continue to patronize with you. Nope not a fighting chance in Hell. Maybe my dog can tell you if it was good.

I walked in and ordered a bake potato with chicken and a turkey leg my ticket was $38.00 the Atmosphere and Service was horrible they were flies flying around the put that took my order keep her hand in her hair twisting her hair and she had an attitude but I kept an open mind so she took my order at 4:35 I didn’t receive my order until 5:20pm I then overheard a man fussing at the employees in the back very unprofessional. I guess he was the owner. I finally received my food. I get home and the turkey leg was burnt to a crisp. And the baked potato had bacon on it and I asked for no bacon overall, I will give this place a 4 out of 10 they gotta do better with their customer service and the quality of the product that they’re putting out. I will not be back no time soon.
