Unprofessional I attempted to go in their establishment and the cook or whomever is screaming at the cashier not to take anymore more orders. Now if it’s going to be like that then change your business hours instead of screaming at employees and customers this is why Black Business don’t make it because they don’t conduct themselves in a professional way.

The food is decent. A lot of the meats were dry buy flavored well. Orders was missing some items or wrong this were put in their place. The cool aid was good. It’s small restaurant but it was clean and organized.

They did not give me all of my food then argued with me on the phone that they did give it to me. Food was nasty and not even fresh. $65 gone down the drain. Do not waste your time. They are rude and they will take your money and not give you everything you ask for.

This place is very unprofessional they have 10 year old Kids seasoning your food and making your food i saw my meat was very pink if u tell them to remake your food the manager has a attitude very poor service

If u want food poisoning eat here these ppl don’t listen or even get you your right order I was out of work for literally a week me and daughter was both sick because they to busy having a day care at the back then making your order correct ! Kids are literally running around all in the back 🤦🏽♀️ hair be in the food just a mess

As a platinum dasher that love to support black businesses I don't like how I was treated as a dasher so I kept my lil 20 in my pocket

However, I recently decided to order through DoorDash due to a busy workday, and it was a huge mistake. My order was completely incorrect, so I called the restaurant to address the issue. To my surprise, the owner answered, but instead of handling the situation professionally, she was incredibly rude and dismissive. I remained calm and tried to explain my concerns, but she showed no interest in making things right.
Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this experience made it clear that my business isn’t valued here. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to think twice before supporting a place that treats its customers this way.”
You’d expect at least some level of professionalism and understanding, especially from the owner. A simple apology and an attempt to fix the mistake would have gone a long way. It’s disappointing when a business you’ve supported doesn’t value its customers.

Today was my first time to Doe's BBQ on Samuel Blvd Dallas just saw it a week ago so decided to try it out this weekend. I ordered the rib sandwich and brisket sandwich and potato salad to go. Wait time was about 10 minutes which was fine . They have a fairly large menu with a lot of different options to choose from. I went for the staples in bbq business ribs and brisket and potato salad. I was very satisfied with my food order when I got home and opened the containers. They brisket sandwich looked great and packed with meat with sauce and the rib sandwich had 3 big full size ribs covered with BBQ sauce both sandwiches tasted good had good flavor ribs were not fall off the bone but still good . The potato salad was good more on the smooth type instead of the chunky style which I prefer smooth potato salad. Price was below the average of the bigger name bbq restaurants where at those places you can order a half pound of brisket and only get one or two slices and only selleats by weight which gets costly real fast. I didn't have any bad experience today. I will go back again some day to try other options from their menu. Don't know how to include pics with this review post or else I would. 👍👍👍 .
