Tried a new place downtown for dinner. Just beyond the Arts District, this secret hideaway was great! The decor is soft and welcoming with a huge lemon tree right in the middle of the patio. The food was delicious! We shared great bottle of wine (half price!) arancini that were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. I had the pear pasta special and my husband had the veal cutlet which was bigger than the plate! And we share maybe the best tiramisu we've ever eaten. Ask for a table in Lace's section, you won't regret it!

Is the service here for real? The place is beautiful but the service is not good. Our server had us as a big party and two other tables during brunch and he was drowning. Not once did I ever see the manager help him out and not once did I see a manager check on our table to see if everything came out good. Manager never came to our table to see why we were fanning ourselves because the place has like no ac. Its too expensive to be hot in there. Not once did I see a manager pick up a plate. I only saw the manager go to the server to help him split his bill. I felt bad for our server but this place needs training on big parties and to train their manager to check on tables. And then you have the bus ppl picking up all the empty plates but not the empty cups? Like what? Do better whoever the manager was on 8/16 during brunch. Prepare your servers for success. I gave 3 stars because the decorations are really nice.

Well... they sat us in the bar room, which we asked to be seated in the main dining room when I made the reservation, but we tried to bypass that, but it gets very hot in there and the most odd thing was happening; they were having a baby shower in there! Extremely loud, and not enjoyable to be seated in there. You have a room in the back where you can have private events; why do other customers have to suffer because they can't even have a conversation with your party?! It seems like someone in the baby shower was related to one of the waitresses.

The experience from start to finish was an amazing adventure, starting with an elaborate presentation of the menu, to the spectacular ambiance, wine, food, and hands on staff always available to ensure the journey was effortless. Can't recommend enough. Plus they have free valet. For that, this in itself is pure gold!

An absolutely phenomenal restaurant. The staff were beyond amazing, and the food was incredible. We went for our eight year anniversary dinner. We almost didn't go there because online the photos kind of didn't do the place justice. And seem to emphasize more of their brunch and morning stuff rather than their dinner. But would 10 out of 10 recommend for anyone to go

Came here to celebrate my birthday and Karma who was our server showed great hospitality and was very attentive. She made me feel very welcomed which is so great considering this was my first time here. Also Chef Aaron came and introduced himself which was awesome! Never had an experience like that before. I will definitely be visiting again!

First time going to Dolce Riviera and it was for Father's Day. It's a trendy place so the crowd was a little you get but there were families celebrating too. Everything we ordered was delicious but our service was a bit on the slow side. It took every bit of 2 hours for appetizers, main meal, coffee and dessert. Nice Italian place though - would recommend!
