Ordered online and it took 1.5 hours to arrive. The food was spongy and old - according to the tracker, our food was sitting at the store ready to deliver for an hour before it was picked up. Called the store after we received the poor product and they just made excuses and took no accountability. They messed up our previous two orders as well.

Certainly won't be going to this location anytime. Waited for a little over a hour for my pizza. Decided to ask for my refund instead. Staff was disrespectful they had a issue with giving me money back. They couldn't figure out how. Highly recommend to chose another location of better quality and value for the costumer.

I Placed A Order For A Large Pepperoni Pizza At 7:09 pm on Mar 7 and they made me wait for nearly a hour, so I told the cashier to just give me a refund cause they made me feel frustrated from waiting so long and when they gave me my refund ,After nobody said I'm sorry for the wait or atleast show some courtesy whatsoever so ,i won't be returning to This Dominoes Again The Staff Got No Communication Skills ?

The pizzas was kinda cold and the pizzas was the worst all me my family tasted was tomato sauce I'm talking about in h like thick nothing but tomato sauce I called back to tell them to see if change pizzas out I got hung up on or acted like they could not hear me 2 hours it took to get them delivered wow I got the new perfect combo no ranch no sauces at all ?? what a let down ?????????????????

From online order to car delivery was 10 minutes, tops - and both pizzas (ordered a pizza because hangry & got a FREE "emergency" pizza on promo the next day) were fresh & delicious. This is important because chain pizza places are so sad lately (which is better for the waist-line, I guess). Carry out deals, customer service / attention to special requests, and quality were delivered & made for a good dinner. This store delivers what you're hoping to get when you order pizza- much appreciated to this store & team!I'd take a picture, but the pizza is gone!

I had $100 and they drove all this way to tell me that they couldn't give me change for a $100 bill??? Like Please, Equip your delivery men/women with more change next time.....Now, My family has to go hungry tonight, because you all couldn't take the money I was going to give for my order. I should've gotten it FREE with the amount I was giving and the time put in to make it. And your delivery driver (AJ) was AWFUL! he seemed very non sealant and restricting when I reach for my soda! it was like he thought I was going to pry it from him hands and runoff with a soda & no food??? and the icing on top was when I said sorry and he didn't say anything back the first time and then the second time when departing from not giving me the food, he had the nerve to say HAVE A GREAT NIGHT! with no sorry to follow behind it, knowing I had no food to eat tonight DUDE!Thank you very much Dominoes for starving my family tonight!

I use to work there and they could not give me a answer on why I was being taken off the schedule so much,me and another person, actually me and a couple of new employees (all black),we're taking off the schedule for no reason at all.. mangers are not professional at all ..

I don’t understand why people work in the food industry and lack customer service I asked this guy that (JOSH ) who’s suppose to be a shift manager could he add garlic butter to crust on my pizza ….. he stops his conversation he’s having with one of the young lady’s and sprays an extreme amount of garlic butter on my whole pizza !I said why would you spray it over my whole pizza he pops his neck at me with an attitude you want garlic butter or notHow are you not a solution based thinker in a shift manger position -you get an attitude with the customer because you made a mistake?Not to mention it was a free pizza from the last MISTAKE I WILL BE reaching out to corporate about Josh and some of the employees said he’s a GM I RESPOND no way he’s a GM with an attitude like it’s 11pm I left hungry and with no solution terrible terrible terrible he should find another industry ?
