My family doesn’t mind ordering from this location, but we do mind how the delivery driver approach us about a tip. If the person coming to the door was not the person who ordered and letting you know they don’t have cash for a tip because the delivery was unexpected then don’t keep hounding them about a tip. You never know what a person circumstances are.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the repeated issues I’ve experienced. This isn’t the first time something has gone wrong. You’ve forgotten the side sauce I paid for, delivered to the wrong address, and told me there was no apartment number on my account when it’s clearly there. It feels like your team doesn’t know how to properly access or manage customer information.
I also received a pizza with no sauce on it—just cheese and toppings. How do you even mess that up?
On top of that, I once had an older white male driver deliver my order with an attitude, asking me for a tip like I was obligated to give one. That was completely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.
At this point, the lack of attention to detail and basic customer care is unacceptable. Something needs to change.

The hygiene is dawn too poor! a string of hair was found in the pizza. Domino's staff generally have a poor culture of not covering their heads and not using hands cloves while handling foods.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Terrible service. Took 2 hours for us to get a simple order. Crushed box. Cold pizza. Delivery driver made excuses as to why he was so late and then tried to deliver to the wrong apartment and tell us it was delivered. Hopefully we get our refund.

your Emergency Free Pizza aint free, in fact i had to add a bunch of xtra to round it to 20 bucks for delivery, so whats the point of saying its free? a complete scam by dominos, guess i will order papa johns next time, in other places in the US when you redeem a 'Free Pizza' all you pay its the delivery but not here it seems

I’ve ordered from this dominoes through the app several times as it’s the closest to my house and each time it’s taken over 2 hours to get a pizza. No one wants to pay $50 for pizza to be delivered cold AND made wrong on top of that. I’ve called the store and spoke to the manager and they “can’t” or “won’t” refund your money. They only offer a coupon for a free pizza. Why would I want a coupon for a free pizza when it’s gonna take over 2 hours to deliver??? That’s not good business. This place is trash save your money and order from Pizza Hut or even just get digorno

I order a pizza at 12pm and they said it be by 1.15pm before I get it and the app said 35 minutes. 12.35pm got an alert that if just going on the oven called and the employee was rude as hell saying that what it is... Just going to stop ordering from there period.
