Domino's Pizza

They couldn't speak or understand English very well and got my order all wrong but still wasn't bad food

Hi I am very appalled and unsatisfied w/ the manager of dominos on N Buckner of Dallas 75228, very unprofessional, food is cold sometimes and I’ve had to get a refund on numerous occasions!! I was told today that they wouldn’t deliver to my address for certain reasons due to the fact of my food not being properly cooked and being delivered to the wrong area / or cold!! Today my pizza was dry and over cooked and my salad had brown lettuce through the whole entire salad !! Whenever I contacted the store the manager had very very poor customer service and she was rude and disoriented unable to spell her name as I requested!! So I’m not ever making any purchases from that store alone ever!! I am a value customer who doesn’t deserve that type of treatment!!

Placed an order at this location and the delivery guy lied and said he delivered my order but we never received it. We had two separate orders placed at the same location. The first order was delivered but he lied and said he gave my order to a lady and she paid him in cash but the order was already paid through my credit card. Me and my family went up there to complain, they locked the door and told us to call the police. I will never buy from them again!!!! Pizza Hut would have never done this

My family place an order online and then 20 mins later we contacted the store to place a second order. We provided our credit card to the store over the phone. We received our first order but not the 2nd order and when we called to check on we were told we lied and the delivery person said he gave us our pizza. I’ve been a loyal customer of Domino’s and never experienced such horrible customer service. We attempted to drive to the location to show the order we received and was told they would call the police. I’ve contacted corporate office to file a complaint and will NEVER use this location… RUN and never spend money at this store

The hand tossed pizza is extremely thin from other locations they use to be thicker you can basically call thin crust. Had no sauce the child they had making them was trying so hard to stretch the pizza dough ? I thought hand tossed was supposed to be a little thicken ? It’s completely the same from thin pizza. It was dry!!

Dough on pizza was thin and raw, with cheese running off. Crust was super think and soggy because it was raw. Lava cakes were dough and runny, I had to put the 2 good ones in the air fryer, to salvage my sweet tooth. The pizza went to the Malamute, and he wouldn’t even eat it. The manager told me I was banned from ordering Brooklyn pizza because I complained. So, I figured I’d show him why I complained.

Really outstanding Domino's!

Unlike many other pizza chains, they'll actually load up your pizza with lots of toppings. Love the pan pizzas and spinach and feta cheesy bread!

Staff here is super friendly, as well!

They have good food, and they are nice. They just always forget to give me something. This last time, I got pizza, chicken, marble brownie, and the garlic knots and paid $0.50 extra for a marinara sauce. My guy picked it up for me since he was on his way here. No marinara. Time before, it was the bread sticks. I think there's only been one time, out of 14, that I received my entire order. I think I'm just going to go a little out of my way from now on and get it from a different location. The Domino's I used to buy from was awesome. They never missed anything, and always made your food the best.
