Sat in “quality check” for 30 minutes. Called up to the store to check eta and they said it’d be another 10 minutes before it went out. When I asked if it’d be fresh they said it has been sitting under the heat lamp. Who wants a pizza that’s been sitting under a heat lamp for 40 minutes?

Order a pizza on Friday night September 12th, 2025 pizza was supposed to be a large with bacon ham pepperoni sausage and beef.. instead I got some large pizza would like olives jalapenos ham and pepperoni.. I called told them I got the wrong Pizza was placed on hold for about 5 minutes then got told okay we'll remake the pizza and send it out to you it's 24 hours later I'm still waiting for the pizza they didn't care they got my money..

The lady that took my payment is not the brightest bulb in the bunch I asked for extra pepperoni they didn't put hardly anything on there they don't know the meaning of extra? Last time I ordered from there.
I asked for a think crust philly pizza. It was hand tossed and missing onions and bell peppers. It’s basically a pizza with just steak. I was ready at the counter and all 3 cashiers stared at me before one came to take my order. She repeated my order and it was still wrong. Will not be returning to this dominios.
