Hello I’m emailing due to the lack of customer service the supposed to be GM Richard whom I don’t believe is his name. My order was placed at 5:12 with a 68 min wait. Came inside with a window span of 1-5 mins. Inside you’ll find the staff telling ppl 2-4 hours wait on top of the time frame given to began with. It’s Super Bowl Sunday you would’ve thought that it would be heavily staffed since it’s a football game however it’s only 5 ppl here maximum. Two on register one preparing the food and one doing the dough. This here is unacceptable when you ask about your order the guy is clue less and asking the lady with the puff ball pony tail who’s cursing because she’s overwhelmed with everything. This particular office needs to be staffed correctly and better customer service here. The lack luster of performance is unacceptable for paying

I always enjoy Domino's pizza, however, I think the staff may have been having some issues determining who's orders belong to whom and which ones were paid in advance ect....I felt bad for them..luckily no customers were really very upset as they waited for the crew to figure things out....I'll still go back but on hopes training has done them some good.

Food was soggy, how can pizza bread be soggy? Uncooked/left in the pick up area for a long time. Service was just like a "eh whatever I'm here" not expecting anything out of the ordinary from a ghetto location neither but, don't be mugging the customers if you trying to catch hands.

I placed my order at 7:27. It was still being preped at 8:00pm. Never got put in the oven. Worst dominoes ever. I asked for a refund and canceled the order. It's always bad customer service in black neighborhoods.

Every single time I have ordered delivery from this store which has been twice it takes an hour plus to deliver ONE PIZZA, it’s absolutely ridiculous. Stop quoting a 20-30 minute delivery if it’s not accurate… a waste of time and money!

I order an XL Meat Ezz. Online 10/8/2023 1:51pm Sunday. They told my pizza was ready get there pizza made but didn't have no meat on it. This guy say will remake i said ok deliver it to me sense y'all messed he said ok. Then I get a call at 2:36pm telling me I have to pay delivery fee. He was rude hung up in my face no pizza he refund my money hung up smd
DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered a pizza for carryout 50 minutes ago and still hasn't been prepped.

No HOT N READY AVAILABLE! I had to wait 13 minutes! Obviously, no one knows what HOT N READY means! Too much horse play and rudeness! Cashiers we’re actually eating in front of customers! Wow!

Who delivers a pizza like this....just threw my pizzain the box smh and then forgot the icing to my cinnamon twist ....this is the second BAD experience i've had with this location the first time the driver knocked on my door when i selected no contact delivery and begged for a tip and forgot to bring my soda ... never again i wish i didn't have to select NO stars
