I’m giving three due to the young lady who answered my call tonight trying to cut me off mid sentence about an order I asked if they could redo if it wasn’t hot. She tells me there is no need to be rude and that the order was still hot, but I felt it was rude of her to cut me off.Otherwise I enjoy domino’s

Worst Dominoes ever. Arrived 18 minutes after my order (they said it would be ready in 15). When I approach the counter, the guy looks like I’ve caught him off guard. Says it will be 5-10 mins more. Comeback after 10, am told it’s still not ready, but will be in “5-10” more. This happened two (!!!) times (total of four) before I explained my frustration and asked for a refund. Kid wanders off for a minute. I have to yell at his boss through the glass. And he just says he’ll cancer the order. Instead of doing the decent thing and offering me the order free, I see them just toss the part of my order that was ready in the trash. I look forward to this getting replaced by a local business.

This is a clean Domino’s location with a friendly staff and decent parking just outside the store. Food quality is consistent. My orders have always been correct, but I do pick up in store to ensure the order is right. This location is also in a nice neighborhood unlike some I’ve ordered from in not-so-great parts of town.

I wish it was 0 stars.We placed a delivery order. We were missing part of our order. I called the store. Every 2 to 3 words I said the worker seems to put me on hold. No apologies given. He stated that he would send the driver back with the 2 missing items. We waited 30 minutes. We kept checking the door. About an hour after the 1st call, I called again. I talked to the same person. He told me to check my door. I told him we checked it for 30 minutes. He repeated himself again about checking my door. He kept repeating. I sent someone to check the door yet again. The missing items were finally there 1 hr later. I asked to speak to the manager. He said I was. I wanted someone over him. He stated that there is his GM. I asked for a name. I was told Sergio. I asked for a last name. He went uh, uh, uh and kept saying uh. He told me that he doesn't know his last name at this moment. I responded with you are the manager and you do not know the name of the person you report to. Guess what? The uh, uh,uh, and uh came back. I hung up. I already had an order that we waited on. I should have to my order to get it warm. This is how my family had their Dominoes orde. Out of a microwave.

Ordered carryout there were 2 ladies working really hard making pizzas and working counter. They were really busy. The girl got my order and checked me out so nice and friendly. Pizzas were delicious and got everything I ordered all sauces ect. Those two ladies need a raise!
Took over two hours from delivery time with no call or update. The delivery driver stated there was only one driver. Received the wrong order that was cold and soggy since it has been sitting for two hours. Was not offered a refund through the online portal rather, a free pizza which I will not being accepting for less than half of what I purchased. Poor management if it is known they cannot keep up demand yet continue taking orders. Will not be ordering through the app or from any dominos here on out.

Awful. I have ordered delivery three different times months apart and have yet to eat a single slice of pizza. Why have delivery if you can't get the pizza to my house, which is well lit and marked. I have no idea how this location stays open.
Delivered cold food and gluten free crust was so overcooked and almost like burnt.

My order didn’t show up after 30 minutes so I called to check on things. They said 30 more minutes cause they were short staffed with only one driver. After 30 minutes still nothing so I called again, turns out they never even made the order. Won’t order again.
