Domino's Pizza

Whomever is working today has a very bad attitude. I called the store to order due to the app is not working. The guy that answered the phone was very rude and even screamed at me. I was very calm and didn't have an attitude with him. He did state there would be a 3 hour wait due to him only having one driver. I'm guessing he's overwhelmed as he said I had 3 people in front of me. I just wish I was treated rude due to lack of frustration and him being understaffed. Please do better I never had an issue with this location. I'm scared to order food from there now.

Excellent service, I ordered a pizza but they realized that it was missing an ingredient, they let me know and apologized, and in 5 minutes they would give me a new one and that's how it was.

This has been my store for many years and I never had any issues but the past 3 orders I have placed have been so disappointing. I waited hours and had to call but they wouldn't answer the phone until so many tries. Then I'm told that they are short staffed and don't have drivers. Why can something be done where the customer is aware that the order will take forever to arrive because they don't have drivers. Why do I end up paying extra fees when I can't even get my food. This is the last time I'm ordering from this store.

Ive bee in the customer service business 30+years, in my life I have been treated so disrespectfuly like at this Dominos, Luis should find a different job , customer service is mot for him, horrible experience. Dominos, head's up. Choose your employee's wisely.

This is the worst Dominos location of all, and I've been ordering from Dominos for 40 years. The food is always burnt or raw, they're always late with deliveries, and the worst of all-- they literally NEVER answer their phone. I've called 100 times in a row with no answer. I've been living in their delivery area for years and only reached them once on the phone. No one cares. Your complaints are disregarded. If I didn't like their Alfredo pasta so much, I wouldn't bother with them. So now I have to go pick it up at another Dominos location rather than delivery, which I prefer. Their delivery drivers are usually pretty nice.

if i could give less than one it would be less , today i just picked up my pizza and i was [aying with apple pay , this location supposed to take apple pay the fat guy in the back was so rude the girl in the fron t was asking him how to do this metod and all he was doing was complain and complain and making faces i dont recommend this place

Ordered two mediums for $6.99 each got them delivered at my work. Alfredo sauce with spinach on thin crust was very good as expected but my other cheese and vege pizza had a piece of Bacon on it which was a bummer and total turn off as I don’t eat meat at all.

The location on Webb Chapel in Dallas is absolutely incompetent. I picked up my pizza knowing it had a topping missing only to get home and discover that three of the toppings I had ordered were missing. It’s always something with this location.

Picked up my order to find the desert trashed. ? No wonder this location has 3*.
