LUIS at the web chapel location has horrible customer service he made my order incorrect AGAIN and was rude when I brought it to his attention after having to drive all the way back to the store. I am scared to order food from there now cause he may do something to my food since he is always there when I Order…. he is going to ruin that location for the dominos business

A few days ago I got the deluxe pizza at this place and say I say I ain’t afraid to say, it was the sexiest pizza I have ever laid my eyes on. Mouth was watering harder than Niagara Falls . 10 outta 10. Props to whoever may be the amazing creature of such a perfect

Food quality is usually really good but the staff is rude and for the life of me I can never get a thin crust pizza cut the like a normal pizza. I request it online but it always comes square cut. And when I complain I’m met with the worst attitude from the employees

Don't receive my order correct they said they would refund me my cost and they don't. Store doesn't answer there phone no customer service. CALL PIZZA HUT FOR BETTER SERVICE.!!!

We order from here atleast once a week but for some reason recently our cheese dip is burnt. Beyond belief for the most part. If you go to dip ur bread in it - it's. Solid rock or it breaks apart in pieces and it's happened atleast the last month. It's going to make us stop ordering from there and I'm going to be so sad but it's for good reason. It's become such a waste since we can't eat it.

Toppings are sparse even when paying for 'extra', In fact the toppings stopped 1.5" to 2" from the edge. The staff are courteous and nice. Orders are usually on time .

(Perspective, I ordered the pizza at 7:43 pm, got a text at 7:51 pm that the driver was on the way, I got a call at 8:01 pm). We order Domino's almost every week as a family treat. This dominos has slowly been going down hill. Cut to my experience tonight; I order the pizza on the app. Specify "contactless delivery". I time this perfectly to us arriving home within 2 minutes of the expected delivery time; no big deal right? Wrong. The driver calls me. It comes up as spam. I text the number once I realize who it is. I say leave the pizza. No response. I call back. She's back at the store and says she did not leave the pizza like she should have because she wanted to hand it to me -- again, CONTACTLESS delivery. I don't want to see you. Clearly m. Instead of having her come back, I hope in the car. It will be faster and won't hold up other delivered. I go into the store. I will give it to the driver she was there and apologized to me instead of running away and hiding. I say it's fine, please take off the delivery charge. She speaks to another woman behind the counter who is rude and says she can only cancel the delivery or give me store credit. I am quiet for a moment and decide to take the pizza. I get almost to the car and realize 1) the box isn't warm, 2) the box isn't heavy enough for a large pepperoni pizza, 3) there are sounds coming from the box of the pizza hitting itself. To my (lack of) surprise, I open the box, the pizza looks like it had been sitting for hours, the pizza looked like it had been shaken and that the pizza was literally half missing. I took it back inside, asked for a refund, and left. I will be trying to get a hold of the manager tomorrow as this is completely unacceptable.
