Domino's is Domino's... not usually my first choice, but when we order it my kid likes it. It's usually on time, and pretty good late at night.
Kid-friendliness: My 7 y.o. likes it, to me that's as kid friendly as you can get!

I ordered a delivery of 8 pizzas for my son’s birthday party. The pizzas weren’t delivered on time, so I called the store and they told me they didn’t have any delivery drivers.
I left my son’s party to go pick up the pizzas myself. The store refuses to refund my delivery fee and tip. I spent $50 on the fee and tip for a delivery that never happened.
I’ve opened 2 tickets on Domino’s website and called the store, but they refuse to refund my money.
They will steal from you and not respond. Use another pizza chain.

Absolutely horrible experience on top of a poor product. Ordered medium thin crust pizza cheese and pasta came as some supreme thing with vegetables. Kids aren’t going to eat Pasta was as expected. I get mistakes are made but it gets worse. Called the location completely dismissive person on the phone to see if they could send the correction out. Said they are too backed up to get a pizza out. Offered to send a picture to show them it’s wrong. Total dismissive said they are backed up couldn’t send it. DO NOT ORDER from this location. Only way to punish a poor service is do not order and tell everyone of the experience. Asked for a refund of my order at this location 6/7/24 #131 said ok done and hung up the phone. I get it labor is short but this is a horrible customer experience from dominoes. Called back asked if I could talk to a manager and get confirmation they just hung up the phone. Shame on this franchise owner. Here is the pizza

If you want good service, never pay with a card, if you pay with a card your order takes too long and when you call to complain they are hateful, they will work for free with terrible service ???? They are disgusting

I learned today that even if the managers special which is 20% off your entire order as of May 22, 2024 at 4:32 pm that you will still be charged the full price even if you walk into the store to order at the counter. If you don't remind them that you want the managers special you get charged the full price. Dirty way to make extra money Dominoes.

Never had any issues. When the tracker says done, it’s done. People get you in and out. The pizza is pretty consistent which is pretty much all you can ask from your local dominoes.

This location is honestly terrible ordered a pizza for delivery and I was short on cash so I gave him the exact amount, guy decides to be extra rude holding out his hand for up to 10 seconds for a tip I know it’s not essential to not give a tip ,but when you can’t ,you simply can’t, then I said okay? then guy proceeded to mock me, then left, ever since then pizza has been ordered either cold or extra long periods of time even thought the location is right across the street, Absolutely terrible service!!!
