Hands down the WORST customer service I’ve experienced. Ordered 4 pizzas for delivery, and only received two. I called the store and spoke with manager “Q”. He was beyond rude, refused to refund me for the pizzas because “got some of my order”, even though they were out of stock of gluten free crust which is what I had ordered. He proceeded to tell me it was my fault I wasn’t getting a refund because I didn’t answer when he called?! This kid has ZERO business being a manager of anything, let alone an employee.

There needs to be an option for NO STARS. My previous order was STALE and I REGRET ordering from them AGAIN. The female answering the phone was "amazingly" able to reduce the INFLATED price when I GASPED and commented...that's a LOT for 1 LARGE...then she reduced it by 11.00 MIRACULOUSLY?!? NO! SHADY place. Be PREPARED to get RIPPED off and eat DISGUSTING pizza. YUCK!!!! $10-20 is COMPLETELY false. There ingredients ARE substandard...I can TASTE it. What's thus $4.99 friggen "delivery charge"?...And I'm supposed to TIP? Delivery driver "accidentally" forgot to being my Dr. Pepper to the door? NOT. Shady, inflated and DISGUSTING ? should be Pizza Hut's NEW slogan!!!

MAN I USE LIKE COMING THIS STORE BECUZ IT WAS CLEAN GOOD PEOPLE YOU SMELL PIZZA SOON U WALK IN I WENT IN THERE TONIGHT AND I DEALT WITH ONE GOOD FEMALE WORKER SHE WAS COO BUT WHEN I GOT HOME MY ORDER WAS WRONG I CALLED BACK UP THERE THE GM SAID NO REFUNDS WILL REMAKE THE FOOD BUT THEY CLOSE IN 10 MINS I SAID DAING CAN I COME IN THE MORNING WITH THE FOOS AND RECEIPT AND GET REMADE OR REFUND STARTED BEING RUDE AS HEG AND SAID NO BUT HOW IMA MAKE IT THERE IN TEN MINS IF IM BUS AND CAR DISTANCE AWAY BUT I BE ON BUS ITS MESSED UP ENVIRONMENT WITH THEM NOW I DONT RECOMMEND AFTER 7PM. UNLESS ITS A LIVE GAME NIGHT
It took 27-32 mins to ready the order. Even after 40 mins when I went there informed I have arrived for carside pickup, they stop the clock but never delivered order. After 10 mins of waiting I went into store and collect it. it says Dominos offer a free pizza if they didn't get it delivered qitbin 2 mins after I reached there when order shows ready. But they stop the clock before 2 mins and never offer me a free pizza. Poor service Dominos !!!! How cheap.

When we were at the store, we were overlooked. Our food had been ready, but we were not called to pick it up. However,it was posted on the overhead sign . So, not until the customer who came after us was called and our name removed from the board, then I went and addressed them. No apology was placed nor anything. As a norm, I haven't ever been handled in that manner with them. But the young man that placed the order was great and on opint.

We ordered seven pizzas so we were not surprised when it took a while. We were surprised when the guy brought us only three of our seven pizzas. Knowing the order was wrong and before we could fix the situation, the driver had jetted off. I tried calling the store to get things straightened out but they did not answer at all. I finally had to drive to the store to get my last four items and while we are standing in line one of the girls working in the back snarkily responds "well she's just gonna have to wait." Very rude. When we finally got three of our other items, they said our last pizza (which was our simplest pizza with just ham and cheese) would be delivered to us because it had not been made yet. We brought our pizzas home to find them halfway burnt. This domino's sucks and the delivery has repeatedly sucked since we started going to them a year ago. This is ridiculous. We want our money and our time back.

GM Rick is rude. The workers do not care. Pizza is burnt. They also do not use gloves or hair nets. I will be calling in on them because they have a lot of hazards there. I saw some workers on their phones then grabbed the dough and started making pizza without any gloves. They threw so much cheese on my pizza that it all didnt even melt. They also added a tip on my card, It was my fault because I didnt ask the total I was paying. When I called and spoke to the GM Rick he was rude and tried to make it seem like I was trying to get some free pizza. NO SIR I work in customer service and I expect to be treated with respect. call in order for delivery my tracker said they left at 7:04, I live 10 minutes away from the store and it took 40 minutes to get my ffo and it was cold. on top of that my wing was wrong and they wasn't done. when I call the store back they had me listening to the advertisement for 20 min and hung up the phone.
