Fake promotion, I ordered a promotional meal that comes with 2 pizzas, bread twist, bread bites and a drink. Once I went and paid for my order they told me the drink was not included. Honestly just fake promotion.

This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I haven’t been this disgusted in a very long while. I ordered a pizza at approximately 9:00pm 03/30/24. I receive a text message (I signed up for text updates) at 9:22pm stating “Your delivery driver, Jesse, is on the way! ?” …. I look up and it’s 10:16PM. I think to myself, this store must be busy tonight! I call in because I think the last few times I ordered pizza from this same store. One time, they delivered to another address and tried to tell me that they delivered to me. The lady says yes we delivered to a Mexican lady. I say ma’am I’m not Mexican, so that’s what made her resend me my order when she knew she had messed up. ??♀️Just had to get that out. Back to tonight, I call in and I get Jesse on the phone who didn’t want to give his name because of how rude he was to me. I knew he was Jesse because he tells me that he personally drove my order to me and I put the incorrect address down as if I don’t know my own address. He argues with me about what I put on my profile. Says he called me several times and couldn’t get through. I ask him for the number and the number he gives is a number I had several years ago. I’m looking right at my profile the entire time with my current number, my current address, apt #, bldg #, and to add the icing on the cake, specific delivery instructions on how to get to my door with my number included telling them to call me and do not deliver to anyone else. He talked to bad and barely let me get a word in. I was so fed up I didn’t even care I just wanted a refund but I was told that he nor his manager will be giving me a refund because it’s my fault that they have the wrong address. What they were looking at is still beyond me because all of my info is updated online. He then tells me that he doesn’t have control over what happens online. I’m thinking well why take online orders. He then goes to tell me that they will bring me the same pizza. Now by this time it is 10:39PM. Why would I want old pizza? He tells me it’s that or nothing. Short story long, I was hung up on 3 times. It wasn’t until the 5th call when I spoke with Katherine not sure if that’s with a K or C but she tells me that they will send another order out. I tell her no on the order. It’s now 11:04PM and I still have no order. She claims that she can’t give me a refund because her general manager is not there and I have to settle for the pizza. I told her multiple times I don’t trust receiving pizza from them but she was adamant …either pizza or nothing. I have this call recorded. I AM so done with this store. This recording is also going out to twitter and probably all of the social networks. This store needs new management, seriously. Did I mention that this is not the first time. People need to stop eating this bs including myself. I’m extremely disgusted right now. Never in a million years have I wanted to make a complaint about some disrespectful kids working at a fast food joint but this right here is it!! I’m going all the way. I just came up with an idea. This app should have a space where one could upload an audio recording. It says what did I get below, still nothing. It’s now 11:11PM. Lol

Your cashiers got bothered when I asked for help.I called for delivery but the driver never made it. I had to go get it and they gave me cold food.Not only that my order was completely wrong so they gave me attitude when your staff realized they HAD to remake my order. On that night,no discount was offered,no apologies were made....so I had to pay for everything as if it was freshly made.

The food was horrible! I had a Philly cheese sandwich , it had little to no meat on it! I ordered bacon tater tots, they were burnt with only 5 to 6 pieces of bacon on it. I ordered wings, and they weren't even cooked all the way through! Sad, I could have just made a sandwich.

Evelyn did a great job of getting my order done right and fast. Although the lobby was fairly busy like usual on a Friday night Evelyn made sure to take care of guest quickly and efficiently.
Tried to order at another location, and they told me my order wouldn't be ready for a whole hour. Called here, and they said it'll be ready in 15min. No hesitationKid-friendliness: Dine in area was clean and spacious.
Schools, please do not place a big order for a party. We ordered our pizza at 11 am. for a Christmas party for school. The order was scheduled to be delivered at 1:45 p.m. I called at 2:06 and was told it was delivered and I had to call again (spoke to a Victor) to put them on the phone with my secretary to let him know we did not get. The pizza arrived at 2:40, one hour late. I called and let them know that we would want a refund because school is over at 3:00. I was told that they would come pick up the pizza. I will definitely be waiting for my refund and will not order from them again!

I often order a medium pan pizza with grilled chicken topping, it's usually made well with melty, scratchy, and chewy cheese, and well cooked grilled chicken.Although sometimes it's not so great; but not so horrible, or repugnant that I refuse to consume it, it's fast food so it can only be so good. But all in all there usually a cut above other domino's restaurants I been to.
