I was told by an employee named Abel to go to papa John’s. The manager on duty intentionally poured so much pepper on my pizza simply because I asked if he would wash his hands and wear gloves. Very unprofessional and unethical. Someone needs to train them how to treat customers with kindness and respect. I’ll never go back to that location.

The mobile app said my order was ready. When I pulled up, it was still in the oven and I had to sit and wait. And then when I finally got my food, it wasn't even correct. I ordered hand tossed and they gave me Brooklyn style. I ordered the normal stuffed cheesy bread, but they gave me the spinach and feta. I try not to be a male Karen, but man this location just somehow missed the mark several times on a very basic order. The 2.9 star rating makes sense now!

This is by far the worst dominoes location I ordered from. My Pizza was overcooked and so was my bacon tots. So I had them remake my order. I get my new order and everything still looked the same, I had gave up at this point and I just won’t be ordering from this location anymore. Just avoid this location at all cost because those cooks at this location are no good.

I would like a manager or one of the owners to please reach out to me. I had an extremely bad experience with a driver.
This location is only consistent with bad service. Can't rely on them to do a delivery unless an hour plus. Calling this location is useless as they won't pick up the phone or they pick it up just to disconnect the call. There is a competitor of Domino's in this same shopping center that sent me a coupon for a free pizza because their service in their own eyes wasn't satisfactory to their standards. I was very surprised and didn't expect it as I didn't have an issue. The fact that one can recognize a problem and respond accordingly and Domino's can't speaks volumes. Go elsewhere if you are in the mood for pizza

They ran out of Parmesan packets yet wanted to charge $1.75 just to use the shaker…I don’t understand why I have to pay for your lack of restocking inventory.

Funny, I should have known better than to give this location another chance. First I was forced to leave a donation for the charity in order to place my order. Watching the tracker, my pizza went right in the oven. Came out on time and was inspected and I thought ok, now the tricky part, getting it from there to here. And once again, Domino's did not disappoint. Over an hour under the heat lamp waiting for it to leave the store. I will say this delivery person did not get lost on the way but once again, the pie was burnt and hard. Right in the trash it went. I ate the salad and the lava cake. $50.00 for a salad and a lava cake. Never again. I am not sure why the pie maker if knowing delivery is an hour wait, make the pies as soon as the order comes in rather than waiting 45 minutes unless as already pointed out, it looks better on the stats. Well, I can't imagine one star looks better and the one star is for the driver.

This franchise that owns this place is getting sued for stealing drivers tips. I worked here 2 years ago and the general manager was high on white and his boss was his roommate who accused me of stealing trying to get my check.
