I'm truly disappointed with the service of this property. On Saturday March 23, 2024. I place an order online with this property that was process, these guys charged my card and canceled my order. I never received the food. I was told I'll be credited for the inconvenience. I call the very next day, spoke with a manager name Vinnie I believe, and she tells me she has no record of my online order from that night. This was the second time these guys canceled my order. Vinnie, my order number was 1839, that's crazy.

Great pizza and hard working manager! She runs a great store . She has great customer service. Some really good pizza ! Beware this location does get really really busy ! But it's worth the wait !

The pizza is freaking delicious! It’s dominos C’mon… the customer service experience is 10/10, I say that because the manager is amazing!!!! and her staff is phenomenal, friendly, and hard working! <3

The incident of forgetting a tip once led to an unnecessary display of displeasure. A note on the pizza box lecturing about ordering only when ready to tip seemed excessive, especially considering a consistent 15% tipper.

Worst customer service ever. I asked for a pizza with extra bbq sauce and 3 of the pieces had no sauce or cheese on them. I call to tell them and the lady says there is nothing she can do, then hangs up. She also mentioned they messed up multiple pizzas already.
