Horrible service. Have ordered from this location multiple times, each time they do not have some of the basics to fulfill their orders. Gabriel, the manager, attempted to overcharge for a substitution on an order, because they did not have the bread for a sandwich. When attempting to substitute the sandwiches, he attempted to exchange 2 sandwiches for 1 medium pizza, although they are the same price. After agreeing that the substitution should take place, Gabriel processes the order, then fails to send the food for out for delivery for over 30 minutes. Whole ordeal took over an hour to only have to cancel the order. Poor service from a manager with a poor attitude.

I never have any issues picking up from this location but I just experienced the most unprofessional delivery. The delivery driver refused to acknowledge the delivery instructions (which I provided to make the delivery very easy) instead chose to speak over and argue with me on the phone the entire time. Ignored my request for contactless delivery and proceeded to rudely complain even further when I opened the door. worst delivery experience ever.

Ordered a pizza and had it delivered to work, but upon opening the box I noticed a long piece of hair on the top of my pizza!!! Called the location and spoke to Emmanuel so we can find a resolution, however, he chose to place me on hold to see who had long hair.
I had to tell him that placing me on hold made no sense since I have a pizza with hair on it and the process he chose wasn’t going to change that.
He proceeded by saying that he could replace the pizza or give me credit for that pizza. I had to tell him that I wanted to full refund because of the way he handled the issue from the beginning.
Happy I got a deal, but disappointed I got my pizza with hair on it!!!

Never received my order from the store. I called the store 12 times and they finally picked up just to tell me that the Delivery person forgot my order, which I highly doubt. Didn’t mean to be a Karen but I wasn’t about to let the store steal my money and get away with it. They said they refunded me but let’s wait and see…read another review of the same thing happening to this lady.

recently visited the Domino's Pizza on Oak Lawn and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed, especially by the police officers present. It's always great to see such a positive atmosphere. And of course, the pizza was fantastic! It was truly a "five great pizza" – perfectly made and delicious. I'm happy to give this location a 5-star rating and will definitely be back! Kudus to Evan,Gab,Dylan and Shawn .
